We were a bit hesitant about going to a new doctor as our daughter was only 2 weeks old at the time. She's now a spunky 2 year old, we have another daughter (11 months old) and a baby boy on the way and we couldn't be happier about Dr. Brown and her staff caring for our children. Dr. Brown is down-to-earth, patient and PHENOMENAL with both parents and children. I never feel like she's in a rush to see the next patient as she always answers my questions (and I usually have lots) fully and with care and concern. A prime example of who Dr. Brown is can be seen with this; my husband is a stay-at-home dad and he took both girls to our 2 year old's check up this week. At the end of the appointment he needed to get her dressed but, as you can imagine, our 11 month old wanted attention. Dr. Brown patiently (and without any reservation or hesitation) picked her up and carried her to her desk so my husband could get our other daughter ready to leave. She amazing. Dr. Brown's office and nursing staff are equally as wonderful. If you are looking for a pediatrician I truly can't recommend Dr. Brown and Ennis Pediatric enough.

I had a baby girl in Feb. of this year and thought it would be perfect for my daughter to see my old pediatrician- and perfect it was! It's such a nice office. I just love the atmosphere. They have separate rooms for sick children and well children which is always great to see. The staff are very friendly every time. It has been so easy to book appointments especially with my complex schedule. They always get me in perfectly. It's a good feeling to have my baby girl in good hands. Dr. Sejour-White is very nurturing. She is knowledgeable and attentive to my child. Everything you would want in a pediatrician.

My child continued to be sick after seeing her 2 times for same thing I called and told the "nurse" who is not a real nurse and all they said is go to Emergency room. Instead of her taking the time to figure out what is going on with child. The wait for Doctor to visit room is so long after she finishes she is gone out the room and don't want to be bothered with you anymore. Dr. Sejour talks fast and seems to get annoyed when you ask questions because you don't understand because she talks so fast. I was more confused after seeing doctor then i wz before i went. I think they over book appointments. I would never go back there again and I would advise anyone else considering this doctor office to put the care of your child in a Doctor and staff's hands who cares and is just not trying to look the part. Oh don't get sick on a Fri or after hours your screwed. You have to pay to talk to on call nurse although there is no nurse on staff. They work half a day on Fri and could care less if your child was on the front door dying they would lock doors and start there weekend.

In turn, he opened his scalp with the corner edge (wall) of the restroom entrance. The entire situation was very scary. I immediately called 911 since there was a lot of blood, then Dr. Tonya. 911 paramedics suggested transportation to a hospital, but with COVID-19, our family grew more afraid since we haven't left our home since March 2020. Dr. Tonya arrived within 15-20min. What could have taken hours to do in a hospital setting with the possible risk of contracting COVID-19, the FLU, or any other viral infection, Dr. Tonya did in 30 minutes. She analyzed, assessed, treated (with staples), explained everything I needed to know, & answered my concerns. She even stayed for an additional amount of time despite it being a Sunday. His behavior made it difficult to be thoroughly checked head-to-toe and usually resulted in a cancellation. Dr. McDonald's patience, understanding, and kind heart changed that. After sharing toys and talking, kiddo allowed her to check his vitals, lung sounds, and ears! I could go on, but the point is Dr. McDonald is hands down impressive. I am overjoyed to have such an emphatic and knowledgeable doctor for my little one.
