I was told if I came in I would be charged for an appointment. But he would speak to me on the phone, well he never did, he had his assistant call me & when I explained what happened & my concerns, she actually said, So what are you looking for? An apology or what. That did it for me, I went somewhere else for my blurry vision, they lasered the scar tissue off my eye lenses.. Problem solved! I'll never go back there, I will miss Dr Price though, she was great, But he needs to leave his ego out of the office!

I felt like she was more interested in making money than my vision. So I called Castleman. Dr. Singh was awesome! She said some people have bad cataracts and can see, while other's have not so bad cataracts yet can't. I had dropless surgery to remove the cataracts and the difference was astounding! No more blurry vision. Dr. Singh recommended picking up some dollar store glasses for reading as the only thing I would need. Castleman Eye Center was professional, they answer all your questions, and is now my new eye care place.

So I took…read morethe referral to this clinic and the receptionists told me I also needed a global referral, which I was never told I needed from my other doctor. Then one of the ladies behind the desk proceeded to ask me how old I was in a very sarcastic way, and ridiculed me for being younger and not knowing how the referral system worked. She was saying this loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. Luckily the doctor was much more patient with me, and even tried getting a global referral over the phone for me. But all three receptionists seemed to make it their mission to embarrass me instead of help and educate me - I will never be coming back.

Dr. Haddad and his team continued to lie about side effects like dry eye and pain post operation. From other surgeons and doctors he doesn't have a good reputation and its all marketing. He is hurting people for a buck.
