When I asked about the wash, dry and 'minicure' promised on the website, she said "Corporate controls the website, we're only scheduled for 15 minutes per kid, so I don't have time for all that. I'd need other workers to help." The only thing I was able to get was a half blowdry since it's 32 degrees outside and the kids hair had been spritzed wet with a spray bottle. I didn't want to rile at her, but the website made clear promises that were NOT kept. No wash, No style, Barely a dry, definitely no Minicure. The price didn't change though, funny how that happens. Be aware that the website LIES about what is actually offered with "Every haircut."

If he had been upset or hard to work with I would totally understand but he was so good loved it would have sat in that car chair all day! Looking for a new place asap! I could have done a better job and saved myself the $35!

Missy was a little disappointing as well. Her attitude, and then cutting more hair was a little misguided. I'm also upset because I diligently researched salons before selecting this one. But the fact remains. I got a bad haircut at Innovations Salon in Simpsonville, SC. And beware of a stylist who turns your chair away from the mirror to hide their mistakes. A client should be able to watch the process and intervene if necessary. As expected, I was turned from the mirror only to be shocked when I saw the end result. No picture of this awful haircut. I'm too embarassed to post. I left this review because people need to know this could happen to them.

Victoria is amazing with kids and has a true talent for hairstyling! She always makes my children feel comfortable and welcomed, and they actually look forward to their haircuts. I first found this place after my first son was given a horrible hair cut ( I will not say where). I loved the fact that the girls at the shot tried anything and everything to help my son not be scared of getting his hair cut :) they blew bubbles, gave him a lollipop etc. they were wonderful. Snipits is the only place I will ever take my kids for their hair cut even if its an hour away from were I live its so worth it! read more

I have a very particular two year old who HATES getting his hair cut. The staff at SnipIts not only understands and knows how to work with nervous infants and toddlers, but is actually able to do cute haircuts on fussy children. No more crooked bangs and missed spots like you get from other places! They're a little pricy, but all things considered, they're worth it. read more

I drive a hour and fight Woodruff Rd because I don't trust anyone else to cut my 7 year olds hair. It's nice to go somewhere that keeps their employees so they can get to know your child. I recommend Snip-it's to all parents! read more

We checked in about 55 minutes ahead of time because we had some errands to run and we received a 15 minute text as agreed-upon to let us know that our spots were coming up. We went on over to Sweet briar market next to Bob Jones And the door was locked. They wouldn't let us in. They said they had staffing issues and they had to go. So they just closed it lock the door. I could see our names on the register displayed reservation list. Hell! We were next on line!! But they wouldn't let us in. Girl said she had it. didn't call my phone to let me know not to go over there. didn't apologize for confusion, inconvenience or the price of tea in China. Too bad. So sad. i'm guessing she must've been hypoglycemic is the only reason she showed her behind. I would have bought her a happy meal if she was nice. but she was not. I have never had a business open their door half a crack and then shut it at me. That's a new one. The stores are independently owned I found out. If you go over to Great Clips by Bob Jones, sweet briar, market ,make sure the staff has eaten before you put your name on their reservation list.
