I have been to a couple of the stylist there but my All time favorite is Amber: maybe I'll regret saying that. However I have been taking my son there for some time and wow she's phenomenal. She knows what I want and always asks if it's the same. She's so personable and caring to my son. I will follow her wherever she goes. She has such a good presence and you can tell she loves her job. Thank you! You may not have found your person here and it may take a few times but honestly I've felt and heard mostly nothing but welcome and compassion. I love their schedule system and if you're loyal you'll feel that back. I've learned to appreciate the now at this place and run with it.

I have lost over 3 inches of length at the longest section and even more on the sides because I now have a deep U cut to try and even out the large step she left on the left side of my hair. Then when getting it fixed the next stylist tried to be soothing but told me it was just hair and it will grow back and how I could use curls to hide the harsh transitions because my hair was nice. This was supposed to be a quick and easy TRIM! My hair previously touched my lower back.
