My first time in the shop, had to stop by to pick up some shrimp. The place was hopping at 0600, big sale day apparently. I wandered about, nice shop, one of those places that ya gotta look, lots of stuff tucked here and there. I grabbed some DOA, products I can't get at my local shop. The shrimp were really nice, solid size all of them, that could actually hold a properly placed jig head. It's a great location, beautiful spot. I gotta thank them for their community support as well. The shrimp was used for veterans that were fishing with Heroes on the Water. HOW uses kayaks and supplies all gear to put the vets and their families on the fish. Gotta shop local. read more

This place is amazing. It is filled with experienced anglers and experts willing to share their tricks and techniques. The prices are better then the big box stores for reels, rods, etc. The owner has a heart of gold and if anything is wrong just ask for Henry... he will make sure you get first class service. They even have rod and reel repair! Plus you can get inexpensive line put on your reel...buy a new landing net... buy fresh or frozen bait..etc. This is one of my favorite stores in Florida...and yes it is cluttered.. yes it is full of small treasures waiting to be "discovered" and taken home. Think of it as an angling super-store...but with an owner that really does want your family to have the fishing experience of a lifetime. read more
