He pee'd for literally 29 sec (I timed) he also had diarrhea and had blood in his stool. When I went back in the girl said, "his cabin has been clean, there hasn't been any poop" so you mean to tell me, Bear has been in his kennel this entire time? We leave, I get home, and notice Bear has markings ALL over his stomach, and in his hair, too! I'm LIVID! This place is trash, unprofessional, and very disrespectful to the dogs! I will be taking him to vet tomorrow for answers and I will be following up with camp bow wow as well! STAY

My dog comes home matted every time, and most recently came home soaking wet. When you walk in you're hit with the strongest smell of urine and fake pine trees. I have to give my dog a bath every time she goes to camp, even if she's just there for one day, because she reeks of the fake tree smell. I don't know if they're trying to use thirty wall scent plugins to cover the urine smell, but it's bad.

After getting to the car, I noticed blood on the seat and that he was licking his paw and unusually quiet. I took him back inside immediately, and they applied powder and said they "probably cut the quick." Accidents can happen, but what was upsetting was that this was not disclosed at pickup. There was a significant amount of blood, and I had to discover it myself after leaving. Transparency is important when it comes to our pets. Additionally, we were not happy with the haircut, as it appeared uneven and not what we expected. We hope they improve communication with pet owners in the future.

We needed a new place to board our pups, 2 Golden Retrievers and a Husky (still a puppy at the…read moremoment), and Broken Arrow Pet Resort and Spa had been recommended by several people. We went by there unannounced to check it out, and we were given a tour on the spot, and their process was completely explained to us, and they answered every question we asked without any hesitation. This impressed us. We first took our older pups for a daycare play day, and they loved it. It went very well. We then boarded all 3 of our pups for a weekend, and all went great. We have met many of the people that work there, and they are all so nice and pleasant. You can tell they really care about the pets they care for. Our pups have all been back for daycare since, and will go back more in the future. They get so excited when we take them. We completely trust them with our fur babies, and know that our babies are receiving great care. I highly recommend them.
