I ended up speaking with Jim who told me "I can make or break this repair for you" when I was upset about the lies and poor workmanship. We eventually got to better footing but I cannot in good faith give a good rating when the fourth visit started off with "I can make or break this for you". That is a threat. If you go here, double check that they replaced what they said they replaced. Ask for your old parts. If you don't have the smarts to catch them you might be getting screwed.

They even told me about Chevy rewards and I don't know if this is new but no other dealer has ever mentioned it before. It is not a credit card which I have been told about.
