The final straw was one night me and my fiancé were at Coconuts Thai restaurant that is literally right next-door to the cleaners. Both these businesses close at 7pm and we parked at 6:30. It's not like people were banging down the dry cleaners door to get service... I just happened to pull in and didn't see a sign that said dry cleaners only. The old guy goes out to my car and takes a picture. I see him and I go into his establishment and said " did you take a picture of my car" and he said "yes ". and I said "why did you do that" and he said "because I can.".....He then took his hand and waved me out of his store. Absolutely the rudest experience I have ever had and will NEVER go back to this dry cleaners, they will never get another dime from me! And the prices were very reasonable. He had my shirts ready the next day for pickup. I plan on being a regular customer. Never ever an issue. Changes began around July 2019 and they're not good. I bring the same dress shirts in and they've come back with muted colors. Navy blue and white check shirts look like they've aged 20 years in just one cleaning. Also, I go to pickup my clothes last week and the new owner says to me, "You didn't pay the $44 from last week. I have your pants and the ticket here." Puzzled, I quickly pull out my phone and look at my credit card statement. Sure enough my card was swiped for $44.
