Have been going here for a few years but their 3% credit card fees in addition to their relatively high prices for cleaning women's clothing is no longer cost effective. So I have this shirt. It's my favorite dress shirt. It had a small stain on it that couldn't be seen if I keep my jacket on. It's been there for a yera through many washings. I dropped it here with a couple other things the first time I came in. The stain is gone! I would have figured it was baked and ironed in permanently by now. I've taken a few dresses in to be hemmed. I took in a bridesmaid dress and they charged me $25 dollars per layer, and that was after I expressed surprise at the $28 per layer that was originally charged. The dress is not complicated. They are close and convenient so I went with it. I went in to get the dress on the day they told me it would be ready and the woman was actually working on it right then and there. Not very impressed. Too expensive and under-deliver. Not coming back, regardless of convenience. read more

Establishment: Easy to find. Direct parking can be a pain to grab, but I usually have no problem nabbing that precious 20 min. spot just in front. Service: Awesome! Helpful, easy. I would have just gone with a basic 4 star (ie: good, would use again), except for one thing. I forgot that I had a clasp falling off. My bad. But when she saw that it was gone, they sewed a replacement on. Free of charge. Yay! Results: Excellently cleaned and pressed clothing. Interesting that everyone thinks this is the best place in Issaquah, as I am a customer of Issaquah Cleaners looking for a new place. I have gone for years and the people are very nice. Seemed like it was a couple running the place. I wondered if it sold recently (last year) as there is slightly different staff. In general they do a nice job. Pressing is good. I have been displeased with the following in the last year: - Light silk shirt, it came back dingy as if it had been put in solution with a darker colored shirt. - Heavy silk jacket. It came back well creased, but with looking a little lighter/bleached out like the solution used was too strong. Wool pants and sweaters they do great. Silk stuff I might take somewhere else. read more

They have done a nice job fixing up a variety of shirts that have developed holes, hemmed several pairs of jeans, and could even fix up a carhartt seat cover made of a canvas material for my truck. People there are also quite nice. read more
