My bro and I are rebuilding a dirtbike and our experience with their parts dept has been a nightmare. We ordered parts from them to do the work ourselves. They ordered the wrong parts from the factory / supplier (more than once!) and we were charged restocking fees for their mistakes. WTF is that all about, how is it my fault they ordered the wrong parts??? I'm regularly left on hold for very long periods. On one occasion I was on hold for over an hour and was then told the parts department was now closed. Another time, received a call from them telling us our parts had arrived but when we got there, it was only half the order. Management is completely unreasonable, they don't value us as costumers or our time. I will never go back and would never recommend them to someone else. read more

Got my very first motorcycle from here (2017 YZF F3 ABS). Luigi was the sales person who sold me the bike and he was professional, friendly, and not pushy. He gave me a lot of other alternatives and suggestions for me especially with me being a beginner rider. He also priced it out for me to consider and told me not to rush in my decisions. I appreciated him a lot and this gave me ideas and thoughts on picking out my first bike. I eventually went back to him bought the bike i initially wanted. Fast and Friendly - I'm in Toronto and was planning a four day skidoo trip around Kirkland Lake. I was set to leave 4 am on Friday. Last minute check at 5 pm on Thursday and my sled was dead! Snow City was opened late and told me to bring it in. Turned out a ground wire was touching frame. They fixed it and I made the trip! So happy. read more

My bike had a wobble so I took it to Snow City for a diagnosis. They charged me for an hour of labour and quoted about 1400 in repairs to both front and rear suspension components. It turned out my rear tire had developed some bubbles which was causing the wobble. Went to another shop and replaced the tire and fixed the problem. The staff and service are very courteous and this place is a good source for OE parts but going there for repairs is a waste of time and money. read more

I bought a motorcycle here a few years back, worst decision I've ever made. Came here to buy a motorcycle, I have good credit but I brought my mom alone just in case. They tell us that Kawasaki didn't approve us but that we could go thrue national bank. In the end I ended up paying $11,000 for a $6000 bike. Theses guys are scammers that like to take your money while giving their buddies over at national bank a bit of the action as well. Don't believe me? Go and try to finance a bike there. read more

Brought my snowmobile (09 600 Renegade) in for them to replace the front bulkhead heat exchanger. -Initially quoted over $1000, PLUS the price of a rad, claiming it was $1000 in labor as they had to take the motor out to get to the rad. -I explain to the technicians that instead you could just drop the suspension and remove the drive shaft and get to it that way, saving them time and me money. (Ironic the customer is telling the mechanic how to fix it, however i assume they already knew this and were going to use this approach anyways, while still charging me the labor it would take to get the motor out) - Found my own used rad online for $100 instead of buying their new one for $400 and got the total price down to around $700. -Picked the sled up, brought it home -While the sled was still on my truck i noticed that one of the yellow heated handlebar switches was now missing, it wasn't like that when i brought it in?! -Drove back to dealership to ask them what had happened -Dealer claimed it wasn't possibly them, unless i had photos of the sled in the dealer parking lot showing this piece still intact there was nothing i could do! (Piece is apron $300 that they broke) -Knowing the owner I caused a storm, after a day or two of yelling and screaming they agreed they broke the piece and would replace it for free. -Brought the sled back AGAIN to let them fix it, but wanted it done within a week as us sledders know how short the season is. -The dealer told me the piece was on backorder and it would be at least two weeks before they even got it! (They were acting childish and wanted to waist my time and my season if they had to pay for the piece) -From the dealers show room i was able to call two separate Ski-doo dealers who were able to get the part within a day or do and who were even willing to send it to this dealer! -The dealer would not allow this as they "use a different ordering system then those dealers" Well heck! yours isn't that good then! -2 weeks go by and i go to pick up the sled, load it on the trailer, but see on the dash it says "Check key" a common occurrence on these sleds, but no beeping? Out of curiosity i put the sled into reverse, NO BEEPING. i turn the sled off then back on NO BEEP to tell me its good to go! -I assume when they took my dash off to re-run the wires on the handlebar cluster they broke, they now broke the electrical connection to the gauge which now docent tell it to beep? COME ON! once again claiming it wasn't them (dash is $1000) to replace. -Took the sled home as i want to enjoy the last week of sledding here in Ontario, but overall i am super unimpressed, this dealership is an embarrassment for the Ski-doo name and should have their dealer license removed! read more

They always put u on hold for hours until u hang up so if u ever want to find anything out good luck unless you want to be on the phone for 40mins.... The people are nice but the customer satisfaction is at a bare minimum, they just care about getting paid and going home, nothing more. read more

If I could rate their service a zero i would have . The story begins ok I spoke to Antoinette the owner/service writer who is soooooo unreasonable to their customers that know what their talking about ,I could not understand the producer and repairs going on in snow-city tech, I feel that I was robbed of my money due to not inspecting parts and products correctly before installing when I'm paying for their services. THEY TELL ME ITS NOT SAFE AFTER INSTALLATION of a brake disc then charged for it , ALL IT WOULD HAVE TOOK IS A FLAT SURFACE AND A FEELER GAUGE PLUS A STRAIGHT EDGE TO TELL ME THAT The front disc I brought in was warped , Plus not paying attention to detail when removing bolts, they broke the nut and charged me for the broken nut. This was due to using a Power tool on a size 8 bolt HEAD, if they had used a hand ratchet this would have not been the case from my experiences using power-tools is just trying to make the work faster but INSTEAD not paying attention to the feel and sounds the bolts are making when removing and installing (RUSHING). The tech Mark underwood didn't even Know the simple technique to remove a bolt THAT WAS SUPPOSLY CROSSED THREADED .YOU USE A CANDLE AND he says he has been doing this 30 YEARS plus years WTF Have you been doing then , IN THE SHOP I WORK AT IF WE BREAK IT WE FIX IT NOT HAVING THE CUSTOMER PAY FOR THE TECHS MISTAKE .Coming to this conclusion I feel that MY TIME WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND MONEY. If you go their to get your bike fixed make sure you know what your getting plus don't be fooled by their unwillingness to settle a complaint you might have , they gave me THE ROUND ABOUT TREATMENT AT SNOWCITY ,I WILL BE TAKING MY SERVICE BUSINESS ELSE WEAR FROM NOW ON DUE TO THE LACK OF MIX-UPS , AGRUMENTS when confronted AND JUST THE SKILLS LACKING TO RUN A 5 STAR SERVICE SHOP. The only Tech that is worthwhile is Scott, he seems to understand somewhat but when you have the service writer that cant convey proper instructions then the business will have many flaws. HANS is by far THE WORST salesperson i've ever come across. He quoted a certain price over the phone and when we got there he couldn't deliver the same quote - he calculated it on cash purchase - which he had to check with another salesperson to see if that's something he can do. We drove from Burlington to see him and when I mentioned that, his response was "so what do you want me to do". (you do not speak to a customer in that manner) To further add salt to the wound, He took absolutely NO Ownership for his mistake and wasn't willing to do anything to recover from it. He did not have any knowledge of what was available in stock, he had to keep checking with another salesperson who had to inform him what they actually have. I had to go on the kawasaki website to correct him and let him of all the promotions that were available. (as he wasn't fully knowledgeable on his computer skills.) There should be an option for zero stars. I visited Snow City this afternoon to purchase some new riding gear. I passed about 6 different representatives, not a single person greeted me or offered any assistance. I wanted to try on a jacket in the women's section, which was pretty high up, I could barely reach...my struggle was pretty evident and although there were 3 females at the desk, neither offered to take the jacket down. Instead the 3 individuals were quarrelling. Very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service I received here today. I ended up going over to Cycle World and spent my $600 there instead. The staff there are much helpful and friendlier. The complete opposite of Snow City. I would never go back to Snow City or recommend this location to anyone. read more

Went in to look at a bike in the pre owned inventory and the battery was not charged. So sales guy told me to come back tomorrow because he had to charge it. He calls me to come in next day and when I got there some other sales guy had sold the bike!!! I wasn't offered to put a deposit on the bike to hold it. (Which I learned later that is what sales guy was supposed to offer) when I complained to management he didn't seem to care all that much about the situation.....bad customer service really. read more

Had to give one out of 5 cuz I couldn't give a zero rating. Brought my bike in after a fall and told the advisor just to quote me the cost to straighten the front end. After a week of waiting they called me with a list of parts 560$ for fairings and flush mount turn signals (my bikes signals are on posts) levers and they said maybe the handle bar is bent. After questioning them about the turn signals they told me that my bike had I had told them they were on posts they tried to reassure me that they were flush mount. My bike is 2006 they told me if my turn signals were on posts it must be 1996. Makes me feel like they didn't even look at my bike. I know for a fact they didn't ride it because the mileage was the same when I dropped it off if they rode it they would have noticed my bike is American in mph. this diagnosis cost me 100$ I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone read more
