I did a 2019 Complete Remodel with Snow. Here's what happened since: I made well over 300K. I now have one of the most coveted interiors in Franklin Towers. Billy moved Snow on from Condos to Houses. Snow Construction held more control. But I miss Snow Construction guys. Billy treated them like family. The only thing they asked, other than Electrico-Mike, was that I made up my mind what I wanted and would let them do their jobs. And I will never forget how Billy saw how sad I was in 2019 and let me stay at his own home. He literally was ready to let me live with him for a 100 day remodel without remuneration I was in Pain. Billy gets that. I was always welcome 24/7 to talk things and throw a ball to his doggie. I used to come by at 11pm just to shuck the ball around while Billy did his books. There was a weekend he sent me for flooring and I got the best stuff I could find. I came by: Billy stared at the samples then at me. "Dude, if you are willing to go this far, lets do Hardwood Floor for real" I think I spent 3 grand to make 30K. Now, I look the best. Plus, I adore living here. Billy is overly loyal, like myself. In the short run, I bitch about the AC and Electrical. In the long, perhaps that is why every time I see a property worth working on, I think of him first. You should, too. Billy and I had talked over the summer about having a bathroom remodel done. We had a quick meeting and Billy let me know everything, he even itemized the cost right out on paper and sent it over to me. Being a homeowner with tenants it is important to find the right person for the job. I have tried many different contractors and they are all just lazy, trying to gouge the price up and not guaranteeing their awful work. Billy is completely different, as I mentioned earlier he gave us an itemized bill and then some things happened where we had to wait to pull the trigger on the remodel. Fast forward to December, I called him up and said "Hey Billy, remember me?" he said "No." Just kidding, he definitely remembered me and to make matters even more impossible I said to him "Billy not only do I need this remodel done in about 5-6 days, but the time you have to do it in is also over Christmas and New Years", do you know what Billy said? He said "No Problemo." I was floored. Anyway, Billy laid out how this was all going to go down. He was very respectful to the property, cleaned up after himself and his crew everyday, took care to lock up and let us know if anything was the matter. As with any project there are always going to be hiccups, but Billy explained all of the options and did not force anything upon us. The quality of the work is impeccable, all of his team is also amazing and personable. They did a really great job and I will definitely be contacting Billy when we need some more work done. Had an overall terrible experience. Billy started off great, seemed like a nice guy, but overtime it became clear how disorganized he was. Our kitchen remodel was supposed to take 6 weeks, and 6 months later we had to fire Billy with the project unfinished. Everything was going wrong and Billy just couldn't keep track of what was going on, nothing was getting finished. A lot of Billy's workers don't speak English and Billy doesn't speak Spanish and had no ability to communicate what needed to be fixed properly, it was a complete mess. Some examples, Our hardwood floor refinishing had to be redone 3 times because his first couple subcontractors botched it so badly. Billy's guys framed our kitchen pantry crooked, they hung our cabinets crooked, they put our kitchen island in the wrong place and had to hack up our new cabinets multiple times before they got it in the right place. I had his electrician relabel our panel and he simply mislabeled half of it. I could go on and on till I'm blue in the face about the issues we had. The worst part though is that Billy would argue and argue that nothing was wrong. I would stand there with him looking at a crooked wall that his guys built and he would pretend like he couldn't tell it was crooked. He would look at our splotchy cracked, discolored floor that they refinished and pretend like it didn't look terrible. Only after fighting and arguing with him would he finally admit there was an issue and agree to fix it. Headache after headache, mistake after mistake, it went on like this until I finally had to pull the plug. I would call, text, and email him trying to get this project done and everytime I spoke to him it was like we were starting from scratch, he had no idea what needed to be finished or fixed. I couldn't take it anymore. Oh and I didn't even mention that midway through the job, our house got robbed. Billy and his employees/subcontractors were the only ones with access to the house and the only ones who knew where our stuff was being stored. read more

We had a need for more storage in our small house. With a set floor plan there were not many options. Decided on an extension to bump a portion of the front, install new windows, and move a load bearing wall in the kitchen. Those changes would give more space for cabinets and an interesting facade. A (too) small job it seems in the construction world. Nobody would bother with us. Snow Construction was recommended and Billy Snow came out to take a look. He is professional and doesn't seem to need to oversell himself. His bid was fair. The big obstacle was to get a permit during Covid. Took a while but Billy was flexible and able to schedule when we were ready. His crew were fantastic. Smart framers who worked well together and got the job done right, quickly, and efficiently. I'm always very skeptical about construction people and realtors in general. It's the car salesman personality that gets me. You feel like you need a shower after having a meeting with them. I'm really happy I met Billy. He was referred to me by a friend of mine. He is so down to earth and easy to talk too. I'm Australian, I don't like any shady behavior, Billy was upfront about what we needed to do, gave us ideas, quotes on different ways we could get the job done. We are on a budget so we chose the least expensive option for our Bathroom in our town home. Maybe next time we'll go all out on the higher end tile, but for now we love it and I wouldn't change a thing. I am so happy with the results!
