He took the time to listen attentively, ask questions, and did a thorough physical exam. All three went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and treated me with dignity and respect. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything upon discharge. The clinic is conveniently located at Wildcat base at the Alta Ski Resort, adjacent to Goldminer's Daughter. Kate was amazing, she wiped my tears and held my hands in the truck on the way to the clinic. The staff at the Snowbird Clinic were incredible, very helpful and so sweet and friendly. Dr. Ted was awesome! They were dealing with many injuries that day and I felt like they spread their attention to all of us equally. I was greeted by a team of medical personnel, including Dr Petron, Luke, Allison, Kaley, Polly, and Megan. The care I received was unmatched. I suffered a head injury and also injured my left ankle. My ski boots were carefully removed so X-rays could be taken. I was also experiencing concussion symptoms, including dizziness, headaches, and nausea. Dr Petron would not allow me to leave until these symptoms disappeared. Dr Petron and his staff are a true class act. Without their care I dont know if I would have been able to drive 6 hours to get back home! I will never hesitate to ski Snowbird again knowing I will be in good hands if something unfortunate were to happen!

I also appreciate the patient portal where you can make appointments, view your lab results, view your prescriptions, ask questions, etc. On two separate occasions, Dr. Gay needed to refer me to a specialist. Both times he pulled out his phone and called the specialist's office right then. Not only was I floored that he personally made the call, but he also arranged appointments for that day! She is just incredible, and it only required seven or eight appointments. My last appointment with Dr Thuet was 9/19/25. She was so thorough and clear and just alleviated so much stress. He is doing so much better with bottles now that we understand what is happening and don't panic nurse him when he refuses a bottle after just few hours.
