I should start by saying I love tiki bars and try them wherever I am. We came here when we visited Montreal three years ago and we were unimpressed by the service, decor, and drinks. So much so that today, when I found myself in the neighborhood again, I thought, "why bother going?" But we wanted a drink and thought we would give it another shot. And I am so glad we did!! It was terrific. The decor is kitschy, immersive, and fun. The drinks are fantastic and adorable in presentation. They seem a bit short staffed and service was a little slow, but our bartender was friendly and nice. In short, if you were there in the past and disappointed or underwhelmed -- try it again. Super fun!

They are not kidding when they say get there fast; an obviously popular location, this place was full - And defintiely take it slow as these creative, delicious, alluring and beautifully presented cocktails pack a punch (to the liver). We really enjoyed the Tiki theme especially in contrast to the snow outside. The music and general ambiance made our drinking experience on this frigid night very memorable.

If you are looking for great cocktails, this is the place to go! After a long hot day, I was much in need of something cold and refreshing. My friend and I finally decided to give this new place a shot. I'm not a big fan of sweet cocktails, but the one I ordered, the Bird's Park Swizzle and my friend's, the Curious Diver, were both AMAZING, tasted so fresh, with good quality ingredients and not overly sweetened. We were both very pleased with our drink. It was not too packed on a Saturday around midnight. The decor is fun and inviting. I would have given this place a better rating if the music was better...even our server commented on it. It is probably not always like that so I would have to give it another chance and also try the food. Kitchen closes at midnight, so arrive early if you are going to eat!

Fast service. Best drink I ever had (Blue Lagoon). It is very original. The music was very nice , tropical vibe. The prices are fair and the servers are very nice and take the time to explain. Not too busy on a Saturday evening. I did not taste the food menu, so I cannot say! The drinks are very strong and not excessively iced.

Loved the decor (reminded me of Trader Sam's at Disney world) and the drinks were excellent - really classic tiki drinks that packed a punch.

It was quite busy (and many people had reserved tables in the main space, to we were told to sit in the little patio in the back. I was originally worried about the cold, but the patio was so well heated, I was even able to take off my coat for a little bit. Their rhum menu is insane, and both me and my brother for delicious rhum cocktails, although I'm honestly having trouble remembering exactly which ones. We both ordered tacos (one of the only items on their surprisingly limited menu for a Tapas place). I got the fish tacos and my brother got the chicken ones. Not the best tacos in the world but definitely serviceable. We both decided that although both good, the chicken was better. We also got the churros for dessert which were fine, but weirdly underdone in the middle, I didn't know if it was purposeful. The service was a bit slow, I sometimes wondered if the server had forgotten about us since we were in the back patio, but our server was so sweet it really made up for it. Would definitely come back, especially for $1 oyster night !

YES TO EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE…read more You walk in and are immediately immersed in a forest like ambiance. Hanging plants and funky music draw you into the main bar area as you're greeted by the server. Jess was energetic, attentive, & super knowledgeable. She made awesome recommendations and gave us some of the best service we have received in Montreal! We started with the Burrata & Prosciutto which came with some legitimately delicious fresh baked bread that was similar to naan. A lighter portion but enough for 5 of us to pick at. We followed with some pizza - the Mush Pit 2.0, Salsiccia di Vitello, & the Bianca Royale (which Jess recommended). Each pizza had 6 slices and the crust was on the thinner side. Each one would get 10 stars across the board, seriously. Two of us shared the Caribbean Queen which was a rum based cocktail that came with a little ~ razzle dazzle ~! Seriously one of the best meals & some of the best service we experienced during our week long trip. Food and drinks came quickly and there was plenty of seating. THANK U JESS!!

I wanted to share my experience because their online and in person menu is quite ambiguous and doesn't do justice in explaining their tasting menus. What I really like about this restaurant is that unlike many, they don't make everyone order the same thing. It just requires a minimum of 2 people for the tasting menu and everyone else can order what they please otherwise. The $55 tasting menu is pretty worth it imo. The fact that a drink alone is about $17 as is makes it worth, because it comes with multiple tapas and a drink of choice. The server tried his best to explain everything to us beforehand, but we couldn't help but start to worry during the meal when a few plates came out and we hadn't seen anything for a while. Basically, there are 3 courses, and each course contains multiple items which come out pretty quickly all at once. We started off with lighter apps like edamame, karaage, gyoza, and Japanese pasta. There will be a waiting period before the next course comes out (but don't panic like we did, it doesn't end here). The second course contained tuna poke, a vegetable dish, beef tataki, and takoyaki. There is another waiting period before the third (and heaviest) course comes out. We received pork ribs (a crowd favourite), salmon, and a watermelon salad to end. There were definitely more dishes that I'm forgetting but by the end of it we were all stuffed and pleasantly surprised with the variety we received and unanimously thought it was pretty worth. The restaurant environment is also such a vibe... just a great social setting overall. We had some people in our group that opted out of the tasting menu and decided to share à la carte style, and they also enjoyed their meal and thought it was worth it too. I'd highly recommend this spot as it was a highlight during our trip.
