On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.

I explained she had multiple physical problems, arthritis, weak hind legs and nervous incontinence before we scheduled the visit. She also had severe anxiety issues and I decided a mobile groomer at home would be best. Kara said that she had a lot of difficulty getting it done, and would not be able to continue helping Cami, and tacked an additional $50 onto the bill which I paid. Unfortunately, it turned out that Cami had cancer and tumors on her spleen and is now deceased as of a few weeks ago. Perhaps if Cami had been a smaller dog, it would not have been such a difficult process to get done.

Chewing mini blinds, jumping through wondow screens (thankfully we live in a rancher!), and just being anxious when left alone. After several rounds of bloodwork, urinalysis, medications and replacement blinds, I finally reached out to Kara. While we're still working through his changes in behavior, he has shown some progress. Rocky just adores her. Kara will be taking over the grooming so Rocky can still get the bits of reinforcement. Im looking forward to all of us growing together!

Every question felt like it took forever to get an answer, and getting updates was like waiting for paint to dry. To make matters worse, everything seemed to revolve around squeezing every last dollar out of the customer. It felt less like they wanted to help and more like they were looking for the next way to charge extra. If you're looking for responsive service, clear communication, and a company that values its customers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Hopefully they'll spend less time counting dollars and more time taking care of the people who keep them in business.
