I had legitimate questions about the warranty and nuCamp policy/process and instead of allowing me to ask questions, he kept interrupting me and would not let me speak. When I finally asked him whether he was going to allow me to ask my question, he said "You know, maybe this isn't the place for you. You should just leave" and he just walked away. Is this really how you treat someone ready to spend more than $40k in your establishment? From the moment he walked up, Paul seemed irritated to be having to answer any questions. Answering questions was an inconvenience. You know, if you can't answer questions, professionally, then you should be in another business, or in no business at ALL. I will NEVER spend my money at such an establishment. I will also be contacting nuCamp, because they should not be selling their products at this place. I would be careful about what this place is offering and their representations. Paul said there was no warranty on a "Demo", but nuCamp offers both a 1 year and 3 year warranty and those warranties are transferrable. This "Demo" was only a year old, yet Paul kept saying there was no warranty. They just wanted it off the lot as-is, which is not right. OR, they just wanted me to purchase their extended warranty. We didn't even get to that topic because he was so rude I just left.

I've had my camper van for about 2 years and have had the hardest time finding a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy service center. I was totally convinced that there were just no good options in the San Diego area. But then I found San Diego RV Center!!! They are literally everything I was looking for. They provide every kind of RV service I could imagine, even exterior body/paint work. I was working directly with the manufacturer on a myriad of warrantee items, and SD RV Center was able to step right in seamlessly. They maintained excellent communications with both me and the manufacturer throughout the repair, they were able to successfully troubleshoot difficulties which arose in the process, they took great care of my coach when it was in their possession, and they did the repairs much more quickly than other places I had previously gone. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, skilled in their craftsmanship, absolutely fair in their pricing and proficient in their field. While they are located near Alpine (and I live near the coast), they are situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We had our solar installed in 2023 by Zack and his team. I found them through Yelp and from the first phone call with them I knew who was doing my install. We have a 2019 Riverstone fifth wheel and Zack helped me properly size the system based on how we would be traveling to ensure we didn't go over or under our expectations and stayed within our budget. We went with 2400 watts solar, 1080 Ah of batteries, and dual Victron multiplus inverters and it does everything we need it to We are full time in our RV and this has given us a lot more freedom where and how we stay. They are a Harvest Host so we were able to stay on site in the trailer, Zack worked with me on location of the components, made great recommendations and we wound up with a great & professional install.in just a few days. Since 2023 I have had a couple opportunities where I needed to talk to Zack about a hook up at an RV campground or a some small issue/question, each time he was responsive, extremely helpful and never made me feel I was a nuisance or bothering him. Hired these guys to do an inspection and some repairs on a travel trailer. The job took multiple…read moretrips to my place. The first trip went ok, other than them being late. They needed to get parts and come back. Second trip they were almost two hours late and failed to communicate with me. They needed to order more parts so I gave them the money to buy them. They were supposed to come back when the parts were in. I waited around for a couple weeks before I contacted them. They indicated the parts were backordered (lie). After another couple weeks I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money so I could get the part myself. They indicated that once they got the refund, they would forward it to me. All this while they still hadnt completed other jobs I had already paid them to do. After another couple weeks of not hearing anything, I texted again. No response at all. So they stole $145 from me, didn't complete jobs that were already paid for, and the work they had done was poor (holes in the window sealant). The only recommendation that I have is to stay away from this company.

He showed up right on time, got to work right away & had our issue fixed within two hours. Our RV air-conditioning unit needed a few parts which he had, and we are up and running again, with the air blowing super cold!! He sent pictures throughout the process and described the issues which helped us understand the problem and what he was doing to get fix it! It was really great that he had the parts on his truck! He noticed a couple of small things that would make our unit work better, and fixed those without charging us (BONUS) he also took the time to educate us about our A/C unit, and how to run it the most effectively, as well as provided an education for a few other things on our RV not related to the AC. We had what we thought was a serious electrical issue that could be disastrous. I needed someone right away. Tim literally canceled other less urgent appointments and was at my RV in about two hours. His emergency call fee was very fair and I was happy to pay it. He efficiently checked my entire electrical system and found that we had not done any major damage.
