I ended up driving off in a 2026 Ram 1500 with the HEMI V8, and I couldn't be happier with the deal or the experience. What really stood out--even though I came in prequalified through my credit union, they were able to offer financing at a lower APR, which just shows they were looking out for me and not just trying to push a deal. Car buying can be stressful, but these guys made it easy. Mossy definitely earned my business, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car or truck without the usual dealership headaches.

Once there product leaves there shop your on ur own . They don't care all they tell u sale the ones u bought from them and they will sell u another pair . And they threaten me in the email to not give them a bad review or they will report you to what ever club your in . I spent a little over $3700 dollars with them and this what I get from them. They gave me rear shocks 3.250 inches to long. When I told them 27 inches . That's the kind of people they have working there . I just dont trust them any more . And they told me oh they have them in stock and they have them ready . On the day they are suppose to have them ready they weren't they had to get the shocks from somewhere else and then have them re-valved for the weight of my jeep . Just terrible service all the way thru and they lied to about them being in stock that shows you how much they care . There just money hungry .in the pics below you will see that due to the wrong (longer)rear shocks I damaged my rear sway bar and sway bar links and also the brackets that were on the frame (oem) from factory were damaged and broken . All they care about is money . Customer service sucks to hell in back . And they don't care . Old saying goes pics are with a thousand words . And here is the proof . I've had my camper van for about 2 years and have had the hardest time finding a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy service center. I was totally convinced that there were just no good options in the San Diego area. But then I found San Diego RV Center!!! They are literally everything I was looking for. They provide every kind of RV service I could imagine, even exterior body/paint work. I was working directly with the manufacturer on a myriad of warrantee items, and SD RV Center was able to step right in seamlessly. They maintained excellent communications with both me and the manufacturer throughout the repair, they were able to successfully troubleshoot difficulties which arose in the process, they took great care of my coach when it was in their possession, and they did the repairs much more quickly than other places I had previously gone. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, skilled in their craftsmanship, absolutely fair in their pricing and proficient in their field. While they are located near Alpine (and I live near the coast), they are situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. This year I inherited my brother's used 2016 Mercedes Sprinter 4x4. I drove it down from WA and…read moreafter a short period here at home I needed to find a trusted mechanic for a needed checkup. I was recommended the Sprinter Pitstop through a friend. I spoke with Lucca and he was able to get me in within 24 hours. They did a full detailed inspection and labeled items of level of importance that needed repair. Of which I had them do the work. More importantly, my engine light had come on and he explained that it had to do with the DEF system which can be very pricey and possibly still under warranty, even at 133,000 miles. They reset the engine light for me, and when it came on again I took it to Mercedes SAN Diego as recommended by Lucca. Mercedes ended up replacing both sensors and the DPF filter under warranty, as was explained via Lucca, saving me multiple thousands of dollars! They could have just told me what needed to be replaced and took me for many thousands, but instead they recommended a better path that was covered via Mercedes. The work they did do on my van was fair priced and well done, and the money they saved me was much appreciated. It's for this reason I'm writing this review, I highly recommend them, and will be returning to them for trusted repairs in the future. Thanks Lucca and Sprinter Pitstop!

The product was sent back to Autofab via USPS and was "acknowledged" and "received" via email by employee "Tiffine" on September 26th. I was also told via email by Tiffine that I would receive a refund. To date, NO REFUND ISSUED!!!!Therefore, I have sent numerous emails to the company; Oct, 2, Oct 4, Oct 9, Oct 11, Oct 16, Oct 17, Oct 18, and Oct 19. Guess what, no response or refund!!!! I think multiple weeks is plenty of time to process my refund. Still thinking Autofab would do the right thing, I wrote a final email today asking for my refund. I indicated if they still failed to provide a refund, I would be forced to file a civil filing in San Diego, Small claims court to obtain my refund. Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the California Attorney Generals office. So sad that I have to take legal action to obtain my refund. It has become criminal at this point to steal -defraud me out of my money.
