The dealership quoted me a little over $1,000 for the fix. I decided to file a claim with GEICO, and they recommended one of their approved mechanics, Caliber Collision, which was the closest to me. I'm so glad they did. Caliber's quote was less than half the dealership's price (and under deductible) and included OEM parts. The service was incredibly efficient. They inspected the car immediately, the parts arrived the very next morning, and the repair was completed promptly. Randy in the office provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was fantastic from the start, explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, and ensuring the entire process was seamless. Highly recommended!

I spoke with Randy Davis a Service Advisor. I then went on to ask him about my scratched up paint (there is a lot of scratches) on the sides of my car. He tried to rub a couple of them out to no avail. He suggested I take my car to someone that details cars and they could probably get the scratches out which would be cheaper than having the whole car repainted. Barney reviewed the damage and gave an honest assessment recommending not to repair the trailer because the damage was too severe. Hearing his reasoning, we were in full agreement. Given that experience, when looking to add an inverter, Barney was our go to guy. We had a 2000w inverter with 400w additional solar added for a fair price. The Barney touch was that the inverter prewiring by the trailer manufacture was very poorly done. Barney contacted the trailer mfg and the inverter mfg to understand the reasons that it was set up as it was. He reviewed his solution with them and corrected the wiring to reflect standard practices. This is above and beyond what I expected. This place looks pretty sketchy when you pull up. It is located on the emu farm and is a make-shift tent-like thing where he puts your car and paints it or does whatever. I wanted to get a racing stripe on my car. It turned out OKAY, but it was obviously not professional. The clear coat is bumpy and now whenever I wash my car I scrub at spots that are underneath the paint and it frustrates me. He also did not tape perfectly, so there is overspray of the silver on other parts of my car (once again, not noticeable from far away, but if you look closely you can definitely tell it was not perfect). I was not happy with my experience, but 250 for a racing stripe was only a small fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. Looking back, though, I would rather have NOT gotten the racing stripe than had someone do a half-ass job.

They were patient and professional. Sal was gracious enough to accept the job of uninstalling my previous parts that were done by the dealership and replacing them by installing the new aftermarket parts, that is, the side skirts, spoiler, and front splitter.
