I am proud to say we have used this company to clean our 4,500 sq ft home twice a month for 15 months. I have used several cleaning companies in the past and NONE have come close to Annell, Michael and their team. When I come home the house looks and smells amazing! They take their time and take pride in their work as if it was their own home. They love on our dogs and go the extra mile by folding towels and changing sheets if they are asked, or just doing what they see that's needed. Update: Yelp responded and let me know that my original review and my entire account was terminated because I had duplicate accounts open and it is their policy to close any duplicates in case its a bot trying to open multiple accounts. My duplicate accounts was because I just signed in with my phone differently than my laptop. So they closed the duplicate one and kept my primary account open. My accounts had been open for years though. This all happened after my negative review was reported to Yelp. That's when Yelp discovered I had multiple accounts and closed one. I wish Yelp had let me know before they removed it or contacted me so I could show them I was real, but at least I understand why they did it now. After I reposted my review on my primary account, this business then tried to sue me for thousands of dollars! The business then put my full personal identifying information in their Business Reply so that I had to get Yelp to fix it. I believe they were trying to intimidate or bully. Now they have just resorted to basic intimidation and threatening me personally on Yelp saying I'll have more trouble than legal. Maybe because nothing else is working and my review stands. I'm just starting to feel bad for them. But I'm glad the legal system works and everything was dismissed pretty handedly. And I'm thankful Yelp helped me so much through this after things started going even crazier. But the biggest mistake I made in the last year was simply calling these people when I thought they could help. They are just bad. Moral: Don't let anyone try to bully you around, on Yelp, or anywhere else. Especially for doing the right thing and standing up for your freedom of speech. read more

My experience with So Clean was great from start to finish! I am selling my house and it needed a thorough cleaning, which I did not have the time (or energy) to do. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly, at a convenient date for me. The crew came in and got right to work. The level of professionalism and detail made me feel good that I had picked the right company. Everyone worked hard the whole time they were there, but I can tell they all have a lighthearted attitude and great rapport with each other. I had stains on my front door before they got there that look like they were never there when they finished which saved me from having to have the door painted. I've used So Clean two times now; once for my initial move in to my new house, and for a deep clean. Both times, they've done EXCEPTIONAL work. I filled out a request online, and they called me that day, and were able to fit me in the next day! (Needed a rush due to a deployment). Not only do they clean your windows, they cleaned the outside of them too! (I have sliding screens). They even cleaned the tracks for the windows and sliding door. When doing ceiling fans, they even covered my bedding to prevent any dust from falling. They cleaned under and behind my refrigerator, as well as did an awesome job in the pantry. I have a broken window covering, and they made sure to let me know just in case. They even let me know one of my window locks wasn't seating! This is the first company I've seen actually clean the base of the toilets, as well as get completely behind them without being asked. They even went as far as to remove the screen on the vent above my stove, to ensure any grease wasn't left behind. AND THE BEST PART. I had a nasty bug I'd killed on the floor under a bowl I was too scared to deal with, and they BOTH immediately offered to take care of it for me! Even though I told them they could leave it and work around it. Both teams were friendly, personable, and I felt 100% comfortable with them working without having to check in on them constantly.
