Gel polish

Quality service and clean. Im back to do a drastic cut. Wanted to end summer with my shorties!

Perfect thickness and shape for me. Also my sidewalls were kept in tact.

Took my niece here and we had a great experience. If you want art I recommend to book ahead. Mei slayed my nails, they look better than my inspo pic. Including a side shot to show how natural the shape and thickness ended up. Also my sidewalls were kept in tact, which I love. 5/5 will be back!

Wonderful experience!! Currently here finishing up - so glad the reviews were accurate & I definitely made the right choice. Everyone has been amazing from John & Tiffany as wonderful hosts and front desk etiquette + Jon for my overlay full-acrylic set, to Jimmy on my pedi. Pricing is comparable to Houston rates but customer service was WAYY better!! I happily spent $93 dollars for both & now have a ATL Nail Spa to come back too. Thanks again!!!

Nothing bad to say accept I should have made an appointment!! I arrived around 2:30 for a full set and pedicure. I was in the shop for 2.5 hours, again my fault for being a walk in. Song, did my pedicure and John, did my full set. Both were very kind, which I can appreciate because this is only my second time at the salon. I can appreciate the attention I get while spending my hard earned money. Margaret is always nice (usually working the front door) but very helpful when I am selecting my nail style and color. Would definitely go back, but probably not on a Saturday. I appreciate the beverage options also! This time I went cat eye blue on my nails and yellow on my toes. The music selection was nice (a little low) but I was able to chat with John while he was doing my nails. I'll definitely go back!

Hard gel full set

I've been coming here for years, most recently for hard gel sets. They do such a clean job and it's very consistent. The staff is super friendly and I think the pricing is very fair considering the labor that goes it into. Highly recommend!

First time trying this place and it didn't disappoint! Margaret was very welcoming and helpful and got me seated within 5 minutes of coming in (was a Wednesday morning, so not prime time for nails but they still had multiple customers). I came in for a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure and had them done by two techs at the same time. May (manicure) shaped my nails perfectly and did an excellent job. Lam (pedicure) was patient and attentive and got my feet in a much better place than they were before! I was in/out in under an hour and a half and enjoyed the experience overall. Will be back and glad I found this place, since finding a nail salon that meets requests, is efficient and welcoming is apparently now hit or miss in Atlanta.

I am obsessed with my nails!!! This says a lot bc I pay attention to every little detail and I couldn't be happier. The salon had a modern chic vibe and staff were super friendly. Everything was clean and well kept. Def the best one in the city!

Parking: they have a small parking lot that's shared but there are a few spots that are dedicated to the salon. Coming on a weekday may be better Atmosphere: pretty packed. Workers are wearing masks but there's no real distancing between seating. SNS with no manicure: $44 - very well done, it was quick but efficient. Lots of colors to choose from and they do ask what your nail shape preference was. I got the 601 which is a light pearly pink. Would definitely come back!

Gash on my ring finger
Miracle A.

I'm giving two stars because I've been plenty of times and have had good experiences but I'm utterly disappointed this time. John did my full set service. He's done my nails before and they were fine. This time, he cut me DEEP on one finger. It started bleeding. He apologized but nothing was done in the moment. No offer to clean the wound, a bandaid, nothing. I had to ask for a band aid at checkout. A couple of hours after I left the salon I realized I had another finger with a deep gash in it. I didn't feel these things while they were happening unless I would have said something. It's almost like when you get a paper cut. You don't realize you have the cut until later when it starts to sting and irritate you. I called and when I began to explain what happened, the receptionist knew exactly who I was. For her to remember and it was almost 6 hours later says something. They asked me what I wanted them to do about it and I asked, what normally happens in this situation. I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened. They offered a $10 credit for the next service which doesn't seem quite right. I'm not sure I'd want to come back. I'm not sure that I wanted a full refund either because I believe in paying people for their time. But a credit just quite seem like a remedy to me. I received follow-up calls asking for video and then they offered a $20 credit for next time, stating they don't do refunds. I was quite fed up at this point so obliged when I probably should've been more adamant. What I'm most disappointed in is that there was no accountability. They started the conversation with "I wish you would've told us" okay and I would have, had I realized. They also used gaslighting language stating "mistakes happen, you've been here plenty of times before and this hasn't happened". How about a "I'm so sorry this happened. This was our fault. We'll be making sure we do additional training to prevent future clients from getting hurt, etc. something" I get that mistakes happen and it's important to own up to them. A credit is not really helpful because I still have to patronize your establishment. Hopefully the cuts will heal well. Again, not sure I'll be back. We'll see.

Look at this hideous work! A child could do a better job Carmen!!!
Patti C.

This nail salon is disgusting and unsanitary- do not give them your business I know I never will again! And lord help you if you get Carmen as your nail tech - see photo with air bubble clearly on the thumb nail - a child could do a better job, not worthy the $75 I was charged - oh and they charge you extra if you pay by credit card. Keep your money in your wallet and avoid this place and all the homeless people who camp out in the parking lot

To start off, I have been coming here for a couple years now, getting both full sets and pedicures,…read moreand I will no longer be coming back. While I have received some good services over the years, lately this place has just felt like a scam. Full sets "start" at $55 but there's a $5 fee for shape (you have to shape nails, what're y'all even talking about) and $15 for length. Now I get that when people have long or extra long nails, it costs more to do. But these are my nails below. The very last time I went in, she tried to gaslight me into thinking I have abnormally long nail beds and that's why the VERY obviously short nails are considered "medium" (also these are pictured a week after them being done so they're longer than when they were fresh). So I'm paying $70 for basic acrylic nails that they don't even properly prep -- my cuticles are never do much as pushed back. As for pedicures, I will say I've had some good ones there, but lately I've also not been receiving the same level of service. The world is trash right now so I get the decrease in effort, not as upset as I am about weird nail pricing. I continued to come because it was convenient, but one thing I will not be is continuously scammed. If anyone has any suggestion for places that don't have all these weird fees, doesn't even have to be cheaper, please let me know.

Clearly caught them on a bad day, but unfortunately it cost me my nails…read more Just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.
