I was trying to straighten out to avoid getting damaged. They fold back both mirrors, but no one bothers to put them back, so you have to park and adjust them - not a drive through. AND I don't know why the blowers are set up to practically break your wiper arms. The tailgate is still dirty, but I got most of the mountain dirt off, so I guess it's going to have to do. I'm assuming cars will have a better chance, but I wouldn't advise trucks to go here.

I stopped and asked the attendant how I knew I got the ultimate wash because all of us in line were getting the same wash. He told me all the lights flash in the car wash for the ultimate and that's why the bar is down when they alternate cars through. I asked and how does that let a customer know they got what they paid for? He didn't have an answer. They didn't look at my receipt or ask anything. The rear window of my car was still dirty and my tires have no shine to them. glad I didn't buy the buy 3 get 2 Free. Almost did but thought I'd see what kind of wash they give for the price. Not worth it. Lesson learned.

I spent the better part of a day talking through things to buy a car with Miguel and took a break…read moreto get some lunch which Miguel said was ok. All I really wanted when I got back was for them to take off the charge for the satellite GPS service, which I did not want. Miguel even admitted that dealerships began installing these in 2020 when theft from car lots increased. Dealerships elect to do this as a tool to manage and secure their inventory, which is understandable. However, when a consumer purchases the car it should be optional not required. They were trying to force this charge on me and that was the last bit of negotiation that I wanted was just for that charge and service to be removed. Removing it would have brought the cost to exactly what I was willing to pay. Things were going very well, or so I thought. Unfortunately, when I was gone, the 'manager' (Matt, I believe) sold the car to an 'online buyer' who 'paid cash'. But Miguel was also willing to let me take the car for another spin (?) so I was getting mixed messages and very confused by their sales tactics. I was done at that point, all this for pressuring me to opt in to an optional GPS up-charge that I had every right to decline. Miguel then proceeded to give me unsolicited advice about how to buy cars and close a deal. In my opinion, this dealership (Miguel and Matt) should be taking advice from me. It is wrong to treat people this way. I will absolutely never return to the dealership and I do not recommend anyone work with them. They clearly do not care about people or respect people and only care about making the most money possible. If you do work with them, read the paperwork very carefully because they will sneak in unnecessary up charges.
