In addition, I have left 3 long and detailed messages clearly letting them know the pain my wife is in and the procedure my wife's Neurologist suggests be done. It has been over 3 weeks and nobody has bothered to call back. If this is the level of caring and concern they have for people who are suffering, maybe they should change the name of the practice to: "United Sadists Center" because that is what their actions have shown me. I just do not understand how people can ignore the misery of others if they choose to be healers. Run, don't walk away from this group.

CARE QUALITY: 10/10 ALL of the staff at the front desk were all pretty young and mature. They are more patient over the phone and in person than most other front desk staff we've been too.
