Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us. I think I either reached out on their website or the email provided on their web but either way, Daniel got back to me right away (I want to say within two business days). Our coordinator was able to work with them too, behind the scenes to line up the day and we were able to customize our photo strip through a Canva link with Angela. They even provided some designs to start, but what we wanted in the end was quite specific, so it was awesome to have the ability to do closely collaborate. Our guests LOVED the Photo Booth and props. WE LOVED the BTS props! The person on site for our actual wedding was kind and helpful. He even loved the camera back for large groups so that everyone could fit in. I remember seeing him do this a lot!
