Finding someone to answer questions or provide assistance was difficult, and there never seemed to be enough employees on the floor to adequately serve customers. The store itself has a good selection, but the lack of customer support made the shopping experience frustrating. Improving staffing levels and placing a greater emphasis on customer service would go a long way toward creating a better experience for customers.

This is probably one of the cleanest and most organized thrift shops I've ever been to! They also have a nice little kid area where the kids can hang out while you shop. I picked up 24 items, which averaged out to about $5 an item. While the prices are generally good, I do think they could lower the prices for smaller toddler clothes (like for my 3-year-old) compared to older kids (like my 6-year-old) since it's so much less fabric. The customer service could use some advice. Some staff wasn't very welcoming, and after buying 24 items, the cashier just handed them to me and said "thanks for shopping" ...no bag, no apology, and no warning that they don't provide bags. Trying to carry two dozen loose clothing items out to the car with a 6 year old was challenging. On top of that, they tacked on a $3 card processing fee at checkout without mentioning it upfront. Parents, please beware: I also bought one of the $4.99 sparkly bear jelly squishy toys for my daughter, and it has a very strong, toxic gasoline smell. I looked it up, and the CPSC recently put out a major warning to discard any squishy toys with this strong chemical odor because they off-gas carcinogenic VOCs like benzene. Shops shouldn't be selling these dangerous jelly toys to kids. Bring your own bags and cash if you go, but definitely skip the squishies!

He let my son hit a few balls and that was great. He gave my son some pointers and I appreciated that a lot! My son was happy and he felt comfortable because he was nervous. I need to contact the stores manager and I just need to hear an apology from him. He gave me poor service and was out of line. Demanding my phone out of my hand, yelling at me to give him my phone when I made the call to talk to Ping. Yelling at me to give him my phone, it was very unprofessional of him and I'll never forget it. I had a crack on my club face, I ordered the driver through ping just needed help getting it shipped out to them and I was totally fine paying a shipping fee. I ended up going to Fresno Roger Dunes and they took excellent care of me.
