Obnoxious place and people…read more The staff has to be the most unfriendly of them all -- the "supervisors" are the to make sure adults don't go inside with the kids but they don't supervise anything (in two occasions I had to go get one because some kids were going crazy and were gonna get hurt). In addition to this, they let kids of all sizes go inside while the little ones are there (wrong specially when you don't let parents do that). All in all, the place is weird and somewhat unpleasant -- a wannabe place for sure; one I won't be going back to ever.

We rented out a party room for my nephew friends and family and so far our "party assistant" was fantastic, he was helping us out and kept everyone happy. We catered some baked goods (croquetas/pastelitos) which were honestly great, no complaints there. The problem came when we received our croissant sandwiches and cheese/ham rolls. We specifically asked for ham (pork) not Turkey ham. We received both sets with turkey instead. We politely asked if the ey can be swapped for normal ham, the helper came back with the manager, he explained that "he doesn't want to argue with us since it's ham and not turkey"... with a very stupid and smug face... he then explains he can swap it out for pizza/cheese bread and hotdogs which was our only option so we took it, wow it's really hard to explain how dry and cheaply made their pizza/cheese bread. Tastes just like cardboard and a dash of cheese . Anyways to finalize this review, as a consumer there are much better options for your kids and friends to enjoy a great time! Good luck with the manager, what he lacks in physical stature he makes up for it with his little attitude.

This beautiful public pool recently re-opened after extensive renovations. They have a small pool designated for children, and the main pool which is divided into shallow water and deep water. Also be sure to explore the grotto and the waterfalls. They will stop admitting guests once they reach capacity, so try to arrive early. There are plenty of lifeguards around to keep everyone safe. The facility is well-outfitted with ample parking, a casual café, and M/F locker rooms with showers.

The caves were blocked off which was unfortunate. The lifeguards are very helpful with setting up chairs. But. The cost for everything really adds up. I didn't realize from their website that chairs would be 7$ each and a towel would be 10$ each. I also don't know that they don't serve food on weekdays which would've been nice to know so I could bring food with me. Also. The cafe is cash only which is not well advertised.
