I had a great experience here. I see a bunch of negative reviews but I had a very different experience. Bought a jersey online and after one wash, before wearing, numbers began to peel slightly. I emailed them and they got back to me the next day apologizing and gave me return info so they can fix it. I noticed that their store is only 30 minutes away so I asked if I can drive there and they confirmed I could. I went there the next day and the young man working remembered me. He was very friendly and he fixed the jersey with no issues. The store is nice and they have a wide range of soccer everything. Clothes, cleats, balls, equipment, cards, etc...I even bought a pair of cleats for my son who was with me while I was there. I would definitely work with them again. read more

I haven't stepped foot on a field in over 20 years and (thanks to a friend of mine) thought it might be time to get back at it recreationally. Unfortunately, finding cleats is not an easy task, especially with the development of all these new knit and sock-like boots. My feet are an enigma which makes it extremely difficult to find comfortable cleats. After trips to various sporting good stores, I decided to check out Soccer Evolution. The trip there was 100% worth it. The store was busy and the single staffed employee there today was incredible. He balanced his time with every client and provided answers and suggestions in a very professional manner. I haven't seen customer service this good in a VERY long time. He asked how he could help, I explained my situation and his first question was, "What price range are you looking to be within?" Who asks that anymore!? It was awesome to see he actually cared about the clients needs and not try to pressure sell elite model(s) just because. After hours of trying on various brand cleats in different sizes and widths, I finally found the perfect pair. Thank you for your stellar customer service and patience! By the way, their soccer selection destroys any average sporting goods store! They offer cleats in brands and sizes that you'd normally have to order online. The store was well stocked with an array of equipment, clothing, and accessories providing you with everything you'll need to get on the field. Super helpful staff, I came in looking for a new pair of cleats as i worn my current ones out but I had no idea as to what I wanted. They didn't have the ones that I had already had, so the really nice boy, who's name i believe was dan(?) brought out quite a few selections and styles for me to choose from. I loved the fact that it was without hesitation and he gave me LOADS of information on the cleats. Like how new balance and adidas cleats are wider, which is perfect for me as nike tends to hurt me while i play. Bad customer service. Not responsive to emails at all unless it is for their benefit. Sent me a defective item and I am reaponsible to pay for shipping (?) Sent item back, waited and asked if they received the item to exchange it (They don't return your money, just exchanges or credit) Two days after my email and no response. Because of the movement towards online sales, Soccer Post in Morristown and O2 in Basking Ridge have closed. Soccer Evolution has both a strong offering in their brick and mortar store and online. WARNING: Do not purchase cleats from this store. Owner refuses to honor warranty for defective cleats even after only one use then blames 16 years old player for making defective. BUYERS BEWARE: If you buy cleats at this store, you can not return, get refund or exchange cleats even if cleats are defective. I requested an exchange for same cleat and was refused. I've been here before and thought it was a good place for other better brands of soccer cleats at good prices other than Nike or Adidas that you can buy anywhere at same price, but now I will never go there again. I recently purchased a Pulisic US Men's National Team jersey from this place and was so dissatisfied with the product. First, they advertised that it was the actual jersey on their website. It wasn't the actual jersey, it was just a blank USMNT jersey that they did the iron on name and number themselves. Which, ok whatever I can get past that but...Second, THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB WITH THE IRON ON. I received the product and it has ridges and bubbles in the numbers and name (without ever having been worn or washed), and I can already tell these will peel off very quickly. I asked for a refund, but was told this could not be done since it is a "custom product". Well, if you aren't going to offer returns on your custom products, it'd be great if you did them well. I had the worst experience with these people and they stole $100 from me. Forget about getting back to me in a timely fashion, but when they did, it was all a formatted reply. I bought an Abby Wambach jersey. When it arrived, it was too small so I returned it. The same day and even paid fed-ex myself. Not only did I have to chase them down to see if they received it, but emailed a number of times. Then they said 'there was a spot on the shirt' and sent a photo of a small discoloration that I did NOT see when I received it. Nothing big at all, but they said 'we can give you credit, but less since the shirt is damaged'. WRONG answer. I then asked for them to just send it back to me and I would sell it on ebay or elsewhere and they have been ignoring me. I have yet to receive any of my money back OR my shirt. It has been 2 months of them ignoring me and I have obtained a lawyer friend to help me with this issue. I'm not some kid. You messed with the wrong customer. read more
