BEWARE! DO NOT GO. The pool area is completely unsafe. Only 2 of the lifeguards there are even certified. When talking to the morning guard he informed us the management does not care about having 'papers' to be a certified Lifeguard. Unsafe, they have ZERO enforcement. Kids running amuck everywhere and when asking the guard about it he replied they aren't there to enforce rules. WOW!!! Before we had multiple negative visits we inquired about swim lessons, the lady in charge (L..something) is clueless. We may pay more at another gym, (thinking CBRCC) but at least the pool area is safer. Perhaps if we weren't looking for a family place with a pool the facility would be better??? read more

Extremely dangerous for your children; they do not have trained staff to watch over the kids, nore do they care when it's pointed out to them and Amy S is extremely rude and unprofessional, you can definitely tell she doesn't have kids nore does she care. Don't involve your kids in their lil kickers activity OR their child care, they will get hurt eventually and/or witness things they shouldn't. The rest of the facility matches their cheap mentality, save your money for the far superior surrounding gyms, and more importantly, spare your children the abuse. I will be contacting Lil Kickers LLC and the better business bureau due to the severity of unprofessionalism and the trauma my son went through. The lack of compassion and wanting to make it right has me shocked to say the least. read more

The swim lesson crew is amazing! Brooke has been so accommodating and friendly. When I needed to reschedule a lesson she was so helpful and willing to work with me. The instructors are kind, patient and student oriented. I feel like my son is in such good hands. Money well spent. If you're looking for swim lessons for your wee one, I would suggest giving this group of professionals a go. You won't regret it. And the facility is clean with lots of family changing rooms and a nice viewing area to watch your child swim. A+ read more

I've been going to LifeQuest ever since early 2010 and have really enjoyed it. They've got a nice facility, and although it's definitely never empty, it never feels crowded either. During my time as a member, I've done almost all of the free classes they offer as well as about a month of the Gravity weights class (and standard working out on the machines, of course.) My experiences with everything have been great. Their instructors are very nice and eager to show you how you can get the most out of your workout. There's also a women's only workout area, which I consider a plus. One thing to go in knowing--because it's a smaller gym than, say, Gold's or CBRC, the class schedule is a little bit more limited. Chances are you can still find something in the timeslot you want, it just may not be the class you'd prefer to take. I will also mention that I can't really comment on whether membership is fairly priced or not, (my membership is subsidized by my company,) but every time I've taken a class that required me to pay extra I felt like it was worth the money. read more

Worst gym ever. Families come in droves and take up the workout machines without seriously working out. Everyone can tell when ur actually working out compared to sittinh on your was watching a movie and maybe doing one rotation for every 10 minutes!!! So annoying. Gym is packed and unorganized. I'm always greeted with a smile here. So friendly, even when I'm not feeling it myself. The gym is clean; it's lit well inside. There's lots of machines and free weights which is perfect for my needs. LifeQuest is a step up from the former Gold's Gym, especially after seeing LifeQuest desire to provide additional classes at no additional charge and building pools. Sometimes it does feel crowded, especially in the evenings. But....West Pasco is expanding so quickly and people are wanting this nice facility. read more

I joined this gym in Spring and was really starting to like it. My toddler however, wasn't liking the toddler room. When I called and talked to the manager about some things that concerned me she told me she would talk to the workers and get back to me, she didn't. It's been over a month I haven't heard back from her. Not renewing my membership when my contract is up. read more

This gym is so unorganized and highly over priced. As a former employee I felt more disrespected (by management and even sales representatives ) than most of the members that I came to be close with while working there. That in itself was a shocker. I was bullied by the general manager Sonnia and one of the sales representatives Hope. As a business this place is so unorganized and many of the higher up staff have no idea what they are doing. I was physically assaulted by the GM when she grabbed my arm and threw it out of her way because I wasn't properly doing my job, mind you it was my second week working there still training. I was very excited to work here until I was exposed to the sly shady way they do business. Totally unsatisfied with this place and the management system. I was told on the day of my termination," I don't care how you feel about they way I talk to you, & I don't care how you feel about the way anyone else talks to you because I'm paying you to be here ... and now I'm not haha." -Sonnia King She told me this because I was upset with the way Hope approached me negatively about helping a customer on the phone for "too long" .
