The staff is much more knowledgeable than at the usual footwear store, and very patient. You can take your time, even do a little run around the store to test the shoes! I wouldn't consider buying running shoes anywhere else. Very happy with my Hokas so far. Store has a 30-day return policy--plenty of time to try out your shoes. Fleet Feet should consider increasing the staff at this South Slope location, as the store seems to get very busy, even at nonpeak hours.
