My son's mother and I have been considering more speech therapy for a long time, and finally decided to take him outside his network for an evaluation. In short, the experience we had at this evaluation was the single most powerful therapeutic session I've ever experience. Michael immediately engaged our son in PROMPT techniques and our son made a sound right in front of us, that he has never made before using this approach. Not only that, but for the first time...someone actually looked us in the eyes and said "Your son has a ton of potential". I honestly almost cried on the spot. I might not have believed the sentiment, had I not seen significant progress being made right in front of our eyes.
