This was my first visit to GM nails and I wanted to try the the SNS "dip" powder. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked to use hand sanitizer. I was shown a wide variety of nail colors and instructed to take my time. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. My nail tech explained the process and was absolutely METICULOUS in her work. This place is great! The waiting area chairs are nice and they offer refreshments while you wait. I was a walk- in client but they wait wasn't long at all. The results greatly succeeded the picture I showed my mail artist, Trish! She was super personable but also professional. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she helped me pick out the colors that would work best. She always made sure I was comfortable and was very careful to trim my nails without hurting me. I couldn't be more pleased with the results I walked out with:)!!!! read more

Gel manicure/customer service review: I've been pleased with the job they've done with my gel manicure, but unfortunately I won't be returning due to their customer service both times I've gone there. I understand everyone has different experiences and may have had wonderful encounters - I just can't say I have, in both tries I've given! Walk-ins are welcome; however, they're rude if you walk in without out (again, maybe this is just my experience). I requested a mani/pedi during my walk-in visit which did seem to be their busy time. Whether it being misheard or misunderstand, upon finishing my manicure, I asked about the pedicure. The lady insisted I did not ask for a pedicure and repeated to her client that I did not ask for one (not sure why that had to be repeated/shared with the client she was working on). I found it to be very rude and unprofessional! Hoping to find a nail salon that offered great work and customer service! read more

This is my second time here and I just have to say I love this place. Not only is it close to my work and convenient both techs that I had were great. Today I got French tips with dip and almond shaped with Trish, she is amazing. She was so meticulous always making sure she wasn't hurting me and making sure I liked what she was doing. She took her time not only making sure I like them but that she liked them too. They have a stamp card so after 8 visits or so you get a discount, I love this because the upkeep of nail can be expensive so it's a little incentive, I also get my eyebrows done here too and it affordable and clean. My daughter and her grandmother went to GM nails in Springhill Tennessee for a nail dip. She did not get a manicure with it. She ended up with six of her fingers becoming infected. She and my mom went back to GM nails to talk to them about it and they blamed her for everything under the sun for it happening, which none of it was true but they refused to take responsibility it. Ill swear by this nail place till the day im out of Tennesee. I've lived here for 4 years now and there hasn't ever been a place to come even close to comparing. They are amazing, always consistent with their work, fair prices and get you in and out as fast as possible. I absolutely love this salon. And if i could give 100 stars to Jenny i would. She is top tier, a perfectionist at its finest... every nail salon i go to i have to constantly tell myself to trust the process, with never a happy ending to it. Both times I came here I had an appt and still had to wait 30 min. Both times I had gel polish chip off of my toes and my dip nails fell apart after a week. They look good for a few days then by day 7 nails are broken, top coat is faded and they look awful. I paid $55 for dip nails with 2 repairs from last time and they look awful within a week. I wouldn't come to this nail salon again and I gave them 2 chances. read more

This used to be my go to place but my gel toes that I paid extra for (totally fine paying extra!) have been chipping already and it's been a week. Out of town so I can't go back to get them fixed. The older lady who did my dip mani cut me so deep on 3 different fingers i was in pain for about a week after and my nails have so many bumps and bubbles. Temp checks, mandatory hand sanitizing at multiple stages , and partitions between clients and technicians. Way over priced! My manicurist barely spoke English and would have to have another guy try to translate for her. It was a little frustrating and they would discuss prices in another language and say "no, it's this price" but the amount I was originally quoted was lower.
