I was given a look that made me feel like I was wrong for asking for it. One of the patrons was nice enough to show me a basket with menus in it. I ordered the drink and went to find a seat with my friends. Even though it was fairly crowded, there was ample seating. One of my friends ordered the $5 old fashioned and ended up ordering several more. Definitely a great deal for the price and alcohol ratio. I chose the hoopla and then a sidecar. Both were well executed. I wanted to try some of the food, but unfortunately we had eaten before arriving. Several people we spoke to said the jerk wings were a must try so I'll definitely come back for those! Outside of the first interaction with the bartender, the other one was very pleasant and continued to serve us with no issues.

Our bartender, LT, was so much fun. Every drink was spot on. An espresso martini for my wife and a bold old fashioned for me. On top of that, LT clearly knows his stuff when it comes to both cocktails and bourbon knowledge. I added a 1oz neat pour of 12yr Weller. Let's just say this place is a Weller lover's dream. The owner is a huge Weller fan and keeps the lounge stocked with pretty much every bottle imaginable. Something that's nearly impossible to find in Greensboro. And then there's the showstopper: a Weller Millennium bottle sitting on display. At $600 for a 1oz pour, it's pure eye candy for me. The bar staff were very friendly and it was a week night so very easy to have a conversation about their bar as it was quiet there. I found out the bar has been opened about 2 months which becomes apparent when you look around. They have nice new comfortable chairs, coffee tables and decorations around the room and at the bar. It was clean and attractive. During the evening hours there is a very nice vibe here. Not too busy during the week nights, you can expect a very chill atmosphere with low lighting, very relaxing. After my drink arrived I noticed a set of stairs that led to the roof so I took my drink and climbed the stairs to see what more Revival had to offer. After arriving at the stair top I opened the door and got a pleasant breeze of fresh night air and I noticed the roof top area was set up for guests. There were tables and chairs along the railing for guests to enjoy the city views along with a convenient second bar. Such a pleasant way to spend some time with friends, take in the views while sipping on a nice beverage. I think the amenities that Revival has makes it different from other such businesses and it should do well with a sports field nearby where friends can stop in after a night of watching Baseball or Soccer games. A great addition to the Highpoint area!
