    CRISPY ROCK SHRIMP & CALAMARI

Booked a table for Easter brunch at 10am. We were seated first. The restaurant is very nice with great views of the golf course and first tee box. The Easter Bunny was walking around for photo ops. The order consisted of a Lemon brioche french toast bake with blueberry compote and chicken & waffles entrees. Small plates were shrimp & calamari & everything bagel smoked salmon dip (see pics). All plates were good size and very delicious. Our server was on point and very helpful, attentive for newbies to The House. Highly recommend this establishment for any meal.

So glad We had reservations, it was crowded but we got seated quickly. Good service and good food. We ordered from the happy hour menu. Fish taco, burger, crispy Brussel, chicken lettuce. All very good.

Casual upscale restaurant on a beautiful 18 hole public golf course . We celebrated Easter brunch here. Our server was great. Food was hit or miss. The Goat cheese was fried perfectly but the dressing on the greens it laid on was way too sweet for my taste. The calamari and rock shrimp app. was awesome. The burger was good but nothing special. Chicken and Waffles were tasty but I didn't like that they put the syrup on before serving it to us. The french toast was also super sweet and taste more like a bread pudding. I would definitely pass on the pizza next time. I checked out their happy hour menu while we were there. Lots of choices and very reasonably priced. I'll be back to check it out

What a find! Really a gem of a place with great golf course views and nice restaurant area indoor and outdoor seating. We were a party of 6. and we ordered some apps. The Donut holes, came with a bunch of bowls of flavors. Strawberry, Carmel, Chocolate, and fresh wipped cream. Calamari was good but very small portion and interesting Smoked salmon spread with Ritz crackers which was tasty. Each table gets a fresh multi color bread muffin lookin g bread on the table I went with the Lourrane Omelet and shared the breakfast brisket tacos. They were both so yummy filled with flavor! One person had the waffles and another had the Blackened fish sandwich and finally the soft shell crab eggs Benedict. Chloe our server was super helpful in making the right choices and was very attentive. The manager also checked on us and we told him how great Chloe was taking care of us. This is a hidden gem on a golf course.

Tables at night need some upscaling. Food varies widely from some respectable fish dishes to pizza so bad that it makes Little Caesar's look gourmet. Bar was adequate and slow. Service was good. I was told that it was a restaurant so good that it defies the gravity of golf course restaurants. ::::::ENNNNNNNNGH:::::: Nope. Won't thrill ya. Won't kill ya.

I met a friend here for HH, where we enjoyed a few hours at the bar, indulging in great cocktails and light bites that we shared between the two of us. Service was attentive from beginning to end. We started with house margaritas. They were very refreshing and delicious. After a few sips, I was ready to try out a few options on the food menu. We ordered the shrimp potstickers, Korean fried chicken quesadilla, a Margarita pizza, Parmesan truffle fries, and the Korean sticky ribs. The Korean fried chicken quesadilla was the best thing on the menu! It was so flavorful, spicy, and crispy. I DREAMED about this dish. It was that good! The ribs were a close second, with the Margarita pizza right behind it. The potstickers were OK. I would pass on them on my next visit, but I am already planning my next HH with another friend whom I would love to introduce to this spot.

We are grateful to Elyssa Simpson and the entire House team. You made my lifetime retirement event worthy for people to travel from all over the world. The service from your team was at a Ninja Level: There's the Food. What empty plate? Delivery provided and seamless service at such a high level of enthusiasm. Very proud of this staff. #YouszGuyz are amazing. The food and beverage choices provided exceptional choices worthy of our investment. Thank you.

We had a very good dinner experience here. When we came it was still happy hour and we were able to take advantage of all their discounted drinks and bites. Parking was at a premium in the two lots. We had to drive around a bit to find an open space. Probably because of all the golfers still there and because of happy hour. The restaurant is located on a golf course. It might have been that they were a bit busy in the kitchen or that our server had a few too many tables, but it took quite a bit to get our food. And instead of getting the soup and salad first, it all came out at one time. But those were the only minor glitches. In addition to some HH wine and a Prosecco, the other two of us had iced tea. My husband had a salad, sticky ribs, and the fried calamari/rock shrimp. I tried some of the shrimp and liked it. I think his favorite was the ribs. His cousin had the conch chowder, the sticky ribs, and fried oysters. His favorite was the conch chowder which he said had a bit of spice. These were all small plates from the HH menu. I had an appetizer -- their lobster corn dogs from the regular menu. There were 3 on wooden sticks to the order. The outer coating was delicious and there was a nice sized chunk of lobster meat inside each one. These were great. I'd get this again. Our cousin's wife got the regular menu's rack of ribs. It was quite a large portion. She said they were a tad spicy but fall off the bone. The ribs came with coated fries. She took half home. We shared some key lime pie for dessert. With the happy hour prices, our meals were very reasonable. By having several different plates, we were able to try a number of items from their menu. We all said we'd like to return.

The House is located on a Golf Course, so depending on the time of day you come, the more challenging parking may be. With that said, the interior is large and as we saw the bar was filled with patrons and the dining room (very nicely decorated), was starting to fill with patrons. We had reservations and were seated immediately and given menus as well as the Happy Hour Menus to look over. Listed HH beverages and wines as well as food items are half off during the Happy Hour window. I enjoyed a very nice House Salad, Sticky Ribs and Calamari Rock Shrimp. Although the Happy Hour describes small plates, they are plenty to enjoy as an entree if you don't want to share. All of the items I chose came out at the same time, so table real estate was crowded and you have to eat the hot dishes first and then the salad. The regular menu and Happy Hour Menu offer a variety of dishes. The food is very good and very reasonable prices.

We easily made a reservation on Open table. When we arrived, we easily found parking but I can see how it could be a challenge since it shares space with the actual golf course. We were promptly seated and quickly greeted by our wonderful waitress Nicole. Nicole shared with us the specials with knowledgeable detail. We ordered the lobster corn dogs to start. What a fun and whimsical appetizer! It was delicious and had huge chunks of lobster inside. It was just the right amount of breading. And the sauce... fantastic! My husband got the trio of snapper. It comes with the skin on, which he usually does not care for, but he ate every single bite! I ordered the pasta with grilled shrimp. The sauce was so decadent and creamy, the shrimp were good quality and flavored nicely by the grill. It married beautifully together! Lastly, we order the strawberry shortcake, not really our thing but Nicole highly recommended. She was right! It was refreshing, not too sweet, homemade whipped cream and a perfect way to end our meal. The only thing I have to complain about (and it's silly really) is the bathroom is shared with the golfers on the golf course, which means it was busy and a bit smelly from the golfers being outside. Not necessarily the restaurants fault, just an observation. We will certainly be back to enjoy The House again!

I stopped here with my mom for lunch. I had a pear toast that I don't think I will get to enjoy anywhere else and I am not sure it will be on the menu since it was part of Flavor South Florida 2025. The key lime pie tasted real and light. The restaurant and bar is located at a golf course called The Park. Definitely stop in if you're a foodie or like eclectic food.

We were greeted instantly and with smiles. The service was spot on. The food arrived smoothly and presented well. The room was dimly lit and the windows looked out onto the golf course. We started off with the calamari and the lobster corn dogs. The calamari was as expected. The lobster corn dog was pleasing and I would order it again. Now I was pleasantly surprised to see shrimp scampi pizza on the menu. I've only had this in NJ and couldn't find this anywhere down in Florida. My heart was so happy, it was soo good. I am definitely coming back.

Beautiful location tucked away on a golf course in West Palm Beach. We went for Flavor Palm Beach. $40 for an app, main & dessert. $7 wine. We also took a look at the regular menu and they are reasonably priced. Our server, Matt, was enthusiastic about the food & gave us a little background on the chef, which was nice. He's worked at some Michelin Star restaurants and also at Michael Jordan's restaurant. I had to he peach & pimento cheese toast for the app. It was different & refreshing. It's a new menu item & Matt asked for our honest opinion to take back to the chef. Truly , it was delicious. I would've cut the peaches a little thicker, but that's it. It was outstanding. My husband & I Had the salmon for the entree. We normally don't order the same thing, but it came highly recommended. The salmon was cooked to perfection. It Was served with peas and Bibb lettuce. The salmon could've come on the plate alone and I would've loved it just the sane. It was Soooo good! I ended the night with affogato, Another great choice. Creamy, smooth and very yummy. My husband took the slice of key lime pie to go. There is also a huge patio, An outside bar with TVs. The bar inside also had TVs. The entire place is aesthetically pleasing. Check it out!

You may experience it once, or multiple times, depending on how comfortable you are with strictly valet parking and, in particular, the Palm Beach prices, but the food, the cocktails, and the service are on point. For as long as I have lived in the West Palm Beach area, the building that now houses Mary Lou's was a bait-and-tackle store with a respectable craft beer selection. The structure has been in existence since at least the 1960s, by my knowledge, and the owners of what has become Mary Lou's have kept the exterior aesthetic to make it appear like an old but unassuming store on Southern Boulevard, but once you're inside, you realize you're in a completely different universe. Once you valet your car and walk inside, you're greeted by ship-like, polished wooden walls and intimate lighting as you head to the greeting desk to check in. Yes, please reserve a table in advance. Once checked in, you're escorted through a set of doors into a darkened hallway before a circular, circus-like lounge area and bar appear that radiates 70s vibes, not too far from what you may watch on the show Palm Royale from Apple TV. After being escorted to our table, we enjoyed a myriad of lovely cocktails and small and large bites with excellent service. I enjoyed cocktails such as the Olive Ave and Old Soul: the former was a filthy martini made with love and understanding, the latter was a bourbon-based powerhouse with applejack, Barenjager, and mango. I also ordered off the menu and enjoyed a Paper Plane and an Old Fashioned. Both were fantastic bourbon cocktails that the bar made well. The Beef Carpaccio Salad was wicked good with the goat cheese brulee and pine nut butter, while the maple pork belly skewers were solid. The crispy octopus was excellent with the fav bean puree, while the grilled lamb chops were piquant. The Banana Creme Brulee for dessert was very good, shaped like an actual banana with a chocolate shell that evoked Andy Warhol. Everything we were served was meticulously prepared and exquisitely delicious. The service was prompt and accommodating. We rarely waited long for drinks, for additional items off the menu, the bar accommodated us well with different drink selections -- we were a party of six and didn't have delays per my observation. The drawbacks are pricing and exclusive valet parking. Most cocktails run at least $20, and the small and large bites are priced between $30 and $45, with some slightly lower and some slightly higher. You can easily spend $75 to $100 before tip. Therefore, this serves as either a special-occasion spot or a regular-occasion spot for those who can afford it -- definitely Palm Beachy in that regard. The on-site parking spots for Mary Lou's are reserved for valet; self-parking is not readily available, as I have observed. If you're concerned about valet parking, consider either coming with a large group and carpooling or using Uber. After 10 PM at least on Saturdays is when the lounge turns into a dance club with the lights darkening, the spotlights shining, reflecting off the mirror bar, with dancers and DJ spinning music. It can be a lot of fun to take part if you make a reservation at the right time to experience both sides of the establishment.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience at Mary Lou's in West Palm Beach…read more The prices were already extremely high, and then the final bill included an added 5% operational fee on top of an automatic 20% gratuity. For a restaurant at this price point, these charges should be clearly explained before the bill arrives, not left as an unexpected surprise for customers. The restaurant was also uncomfortably cold throughout the entire evening, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. What was most upsetting, however, was the treatment by the bouncer. He was rude and physically shoved me without any reason. No customer should ever be handled in that manner. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of service, transparency, and respect. Instead, the evening felt overpriced, uncomfortable, and hostile. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage management to address both the hidden fees and the conduct of their staff.
