My most recent order was handled during the Christmas holiday in 2023 where I asked for two arrangements to be made for $60 total. There was zero issues and the arrangements were beautiful and I picked them up on time. When I called on 2/14/24 to see if I can have an flower arrangement made for a Friday pick up, the lady I spoke with said their arrangement's start at $75. I asked if that was a new policy and she rudely answered no. She did suggest that they could do an arrangement in cellophane and I could put that it in my own vase. After telling her no thank and that's not what I wanted, she hung up on me!! Out of the Garden has been my go-to flower pick up for a long time and unfortunately based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. A white customer walked into the aisle and they both ran to assist this customer with no recognition or help to me a minority customer. I had to ask a passing employee for help and she was very helpful. I guess minorities are invisible to stock help.
