Very nice and cute romance bookstore on King St! They had a great selection of romance books, book merch, bookmarks, candles, stickers, kindle cases, and more. The staff is what truly stood out to me upon visiting this store. At least 3 different workers spoke to us and made very nice conversation, as well as provided book recommendations. They all seem to really enjoy what they do. I would definitely visit again! read more

The cutest store in Charleston! So glad I was able to stop in, they had a great selection of books and related items, I wanted to buy every thing in the store. Highlights were their candles and stickers - had a deal where if you buy four stickers your fifth one is free. Staff were kind and helpful. There are quite a bit of book stores in Charleston and Mt Pleasant , SC, but this was by far the best I found for romance lovers. We found it by accident and what a fun atmosphere it had. If you are a romance reader of any fiction genre this will be your favorite bookstore. They also had cute bags, shirts, and other items that were reasonably priced. And the cherry on top was the shop is adorable and had a cute couch and background drop to take photos at. Wait I,m not done the staff was friendly and made the experience even better! The shop itself is cute with lots of trendy little stickers and note cards. It is a smaller store so limited inventory (which I totally understand) but variety was limited to popular/currently trending only. Was disappointed that older classical romance books were not part of the store. I'm def a sucker for packaging and have been on the hunt for some beautiful hardcover classic (romance) books and was hoping to find some here. Def a very specific store. read more

This is my happy place. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable, it's a completely judgment-free zone, and the selection is unbeatable. They always have something fun going on, whether it's a surprise safe drawing for prizes, a book club, and more! They also have a dedicated stationary section with a rolling bookshelf ladder (yes, obsessed), and fun stickers and keychains.
