The county clerk that I spoke to, David Serra was not only hostile with his tone of voice but his hand gestures as well. He kept cutting me off when I asked a simple question. I asked if he was ok and he replied "no, I am not ok. I am insane. " Verbatim. I apologized and was too afraid to ask why my reinstatement on my receipt said traffic school when I had completed that online. I left feeling unsafe and hoped it wasn't a mistake being charged again for the traffic school. Also, I really hope he gets the medical attention he needs to prevent him from treating others in the future less than. As far as the experience at the dmv across the hall, it was the complete opposite. Shirley was informative, courteous, patient and respectful. Maybe David Serra can learn from Shirleys exceptional service? I left within an 2 hours. Discouraged from all the fees, and Davids inappropriate behavior, but relieved that at least one employee enjoyed their job.

Currently, the city is charging me as a homeowner for water services I do not utilize, as I rely entirely on well water. Furthermore, the monopoly on waste management leaves residents with no alternative options. Professionally, as someone in the roofing industry, I have found the Miramar Building Department to be increasingly difficult to work with. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and permit approval times are excessive. While Pembroke Pines has historically been known for delays, Miramar's current lack of efficiency has unfortunately surpassed them.

The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, is always extremely rude. When I asked about…read moremuseum passes, she was dismissive like I was inconveniencing her. When I had follow up questions, she responded condescendingly, as if I should already know. The other lady I interacted with also at the front desk I guess wasn't as rude but just seemed bothered with my son. He was next to me just looking around and sort of walking, not making any noise or even speaking she quickly told him to stay still because this wasn't a place to walk? I've also been for the children's programs they have two, one on Mondays for smaller children up until three years old and then they have one on Wednesdays for children three till five I believe. The one on Wednesday was terrible they put the children in a tiny room with barely any space and all they do is give them a piece of paper to color and that's pretty much it. The gentleman who was in charge was very kind though, complete opposite from the staff upfront. I'll never understand why people who hate customer service decide to work at front desks...

I was on a look out for a quiet place where I could work with better internet connectivity. Unfortunately this is second such spot where it was difficult to find an internet connection expect for a hard two bar connection. Later, I realised that it had to do with my laptop which was quite old and had just 2.5 ghz of wifi connectivity. Whereas, nowadays it's all about 5 ghz. So, my bad! I would definitely recommend this place and do not go for the sign boards at the parking as anyone wishing to spend time at this library has the privilege to park your vehicle for free of cost. This library is well arranged as all the furniture's are aesthetically placed based on user requirements. They do have small kiosks for working or studying in groups too. The library management system in this country is thumbs up!

When the doors finally opened, grown men behind me started aggressively pushing just to get ahead. To avoid the pushing, I stepped slightly to the side--only for the staff to unfairly remove me from the line without explanation. The woman checking paperwork refused to take mine, spoke in Creole with others in the line, and never explained why I was being skipped. When I asked for her name, another employee at the door rudely claimed she had no name and refused to help. This entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. The lack of organization and fairness at this DMV is unacceptable. How can a worker at a government-run DMV office refuse to serve me for no reason? I don't want to assume discrimination, but how do you explain her removing me from the line and denying me service while allowing others of her own ethnicity--who were pushing and aggravating the public--to stay?
