DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE BY SOFIA!! All the negative reviews for this woman are true. She's nice but that's about it. She doesn't explain anything. Does not sanitize, uses the same gloves on you even when she walks out to the room next door where she has another client. Does not follow the Department of Health protocols. No post care instructions. She basically just tells you not to wet your eyebrows for 5 days. Other microblading businesses have two pages worth of instructions. She ruined my eyebrows!! She initially charges you $350 and doesn't tell you that your touch up appointment is $100. I'll be filing a complaint. read more

Let's start off by saying the facility is very modern and clean .. when you walk in you can already tell you are going to be in good hands .. I don't know Sofia personally but the experience I had with her and her business I can tell she takes pride in her business which she should she did a great job I love my eyebrows .. I've had my eyebrows tattooed two times years before and the experience didn't even come close to this. She does nice work but being able to book a re-touch appt is practically impossible. She limits her retouching slots to only a few a month on certain days and they are typically gone a month ahead and and when i text her to ask if she could squeeze me in she says to book online, complete waste if time. read more

I'd like to give a review based on what I've seen while I waited to speak to her about making an appointment, I work 5 mins away and Ive stop by 3 or 4 times to see if I can catch her for a consultation and to see freshly done work , on the site to make an appointment there's a 50dep fee and without a consultation or seeing the actual work I didn't want to pay the 50 deposit if I change my mind after no consultation, anyway she has two rooms next to one another where she usually has a client in each room so she goes in between appointments for each room , I notice she works a little bit on the one customer in one room then she goes on to work a little bit on the second customer in the second room, and alternating it's not the problem I think that's very smart but what I noticed is the not changing gloves when changing customer & that is a problem (BIG PROBLEM ) cross contaminating while wearing the same gloves the entire time , touching phone , doorknob from 1 client in 1 room then going over to the 2nd room and doing the same exact thing with client #2 and wearing the same gloves then back to client #1 , that is very dangerous there's so many disease that can be passed on when your working with open wounds using the same gloves even cross contaminating touching things other then your clean implements & for that reason I had to pass , I've seen her work and a few customers leaving with great results but I think my health is more important then a pretty face and for that reason I had to pass on her & I hope this improves for her & her customers she has great skills but health & lawsuits ore no joke these days . so you don't have to not chose her for makeup just make sure you let her know how important it is to you that she constantly hanged to clean gloves if she steps away from you or touches other contaminated things . read more
