Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told they'd be here at 1- at 2 after much prompting they said they had an emergency and so would be there within an hour. After an hour, I call and text to make sure they're close. They completely ghost and have not heard back since. What a scam, please do not waste your time waiting for these guys. They'll lure you in with an unreasonably low price and then never deliver. Better to spend more on someone who will show up on time and treat their customers with some respect. read more

He saved the day! We moved our furniture from a huge spacious house in Florida with French doors , to a small narrow Brooklyn NY apartment and our couch couldn't fit up the staircase or elevator! Roman came within 1 hour of me calling him. I had called several couch "doctors" and all had way higher rates than him and would take longer to arrive. Some even gave me a range estimate , which means they will probably charge the max and rip you off once they're done and you're forced to pay smh. Roman was straightforward with his policy and pricing . He arrived on time and worked very fast and diligently to get my couch dissembled and reassembled in less than 2 hours. So here's the story. THE APPOINTMENT: I made an appointment and that day the corona hit hard and no one showed up. OK...I would have preferred a text, but I understood. They contacted me the next day and rescheduled for the following day between 4-5pm. At 5:10, I texted and was told they were stuck on Long Island and couldn't make it. Again, no text...I had to make contact. So they scheduled another day and showed up. THE REPAIR: I told the boss that I had one broken spring and that I wanted some extra foam in 2 certain areas. I was given a price of $125. Cash. Alex arrived and repaired the spring. I am told this will hold, though it does not look very professional. (The original springs are placed much higher: my repair is lower. So no real change in support). As for the foam, I was told he didn't bring any with him and would have to open up the couch, etc. So, another $125 for that visit if I want. (I don't). THE RECEIPT: The repairman does not give a receipt. You have to wait for a text from the boss. It arrived immediately (a 5 yr. warranty), but I would have preferred something in hand. So 2 stars assuming the repair holds. If not, I will edit review. read more

They were able to come out a few hours after I called. Whole process took about 80 mins and as far as I can tell the sofa looks pretty much as it did before the work was done. One side the legs were attached a little crooked but this can be easily fixed and otherwise no visible damage. Price was considerably lower than other companies - overall I'd recommend them. read more

I had a WestElm sofa that could not fit through my apartment door. The guy said he could come by right then. We scheduled for 12:30PM that day. His guy Alex came out. When I open the sleeper part of the sofa I see the left end of the sofa had not been properly rejoined. Wood was exposed underneath, and the wood was broken too. A small piece was dangling inside. Wood particles were coming out of the sofa. I texted the owner of the business, who said he'd send someone out. Five days later, after dozens of "I can get him out there tomorrow", "I'll let you know tomorrow", then "my guy Alex will contact you" nada. He's just giving me the run around. Screw this company for ruining my sofa and lying to me. I will be taking this matter up with the NY Attorney General and NYC Consumer Affairs. Go elsewhere. read more

I bought a sofa ...my first real furniture for my new apartment and i was beyond excited for this sectional. It got delivered and the movers told us it won't fit up the stairs and then asked my husband and I if we measured it to make sure it would fit. Like newbe furniture shoppers we didn't and they told us oh well all we do is dilvery you gotta find a way to take it back to the store. So of course my husband and I were upset we really wanted our couch and we had no means of getting it back. We went to Google and found this company and they gave us an amazing price after calling around and they came early the next day. Let me tell you they broke this couch down and reassembled it in my apartment in less than 3 hours. It was amazing and they were so nice professional and efficient. I'm not sure this is a legitimate business or a scam. I found the businesses post on yelp and even though they only had one review (probably from a family friend) I took a leap of faith . I took a day off to wait for their arrival within the 11-12 time frame they gave me. By 12:30 They hadn't arrived so I texted to asked if they were still coming. The guy on the phone said they were running behind and would need to come at 5. Because I needed the repair I obliged but even at 5 pm they never showed up. I reached out again and they gave a bogus apology and requested to come on Saturday instead. The next day I waited all day and once again they NEVER came. To make matters worst they ignored my text messages about the appointment they asked to reschedule. Please take your money to a reputable professional business that knows how to treat customers! If they repair furniture the way they conduct business I'd be afraid for my couch. read more
