This place is one of my faves! I've been going here often to see Tori Wiley for my brows and she's always amazing! I am super picky and she's gets them right every single time. I recently started getting spray tanned by her and now I can't live without my weekly spray tan. It's a true obsession! I mean who doesn't want their skin to look flawless and bronzed. It helps hide any imperfections and cellulite. I usually get the Express solution because you can shower it off in 2-4 hours. The coverage was perfect and looked good even on my aging skin. Krystle did my blowout and it turned out great. I had my hair/makeup done at 11am and I was worried it wouldn't last the whole day with the July heat and humidity (wedding was at 1pm and reception at 6pm). I was visiting from out of town and needed a blow out for a party. I looked on Yelp and came across Soffiato Via. I loved the ease of being able to book an appointment for the same day online, it also allows you to choose your stylist. I went with Caroline who was the owner. Caroline greeted me when I arrived and took me immediately at my appointment time. I told her a little of what I was looking for and about my hair. Caroline was friendly, professional and did an awesome job on my hair. I got many compliments at the party and it still looked great the next day! I do not recommend this place! I am very disappointed. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and ended up with something completely different.The top of the head was orange and the bottom blonde it looked absolutely horrible and I let them know but they said they couldn't fix it that day and had to come back. I went back and they fixed it by dying the top dark. I am not happy with the results but it is better than it was. I originally paid $274 and they only refunded $112. I am not happy with this outcome I didn't get what I asked for and I still lost money. Very disappointed. read more

Lauren did an excellent job with my curls! I hadn't had a haircut in 8 months due to the pandemic. I couldn't go to my usual stylist in Philly and was nervous about trying someone new, and cautious from a safety standpoint about getting my hair cut for the first time since COVID-19, being inside, etc. I'm so glad I took the plunge! I brought in a few pictures. Lauren took the time to look over them with me, asked follow up questions, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She took off a very necessary 5 inches and gave my hair a flattering shape. Curly hair can be tricky so going to a new stylist is always a gamble. But I loved the cut so much that I booked my next cut with Lauren on my way out the door! Plus, the salon was obviously clean, everyone was wearing masks, plenty of hand sanitizer and extra space between stations for social distancing. Safe, awesome experience! read more

I booked for a balayage, and blow out with Megan. It was perfect! Megan really is a fabulous hair stylist. She knew exactly what I wanted and presented something even more beautiful than I had imagined. I can't thank her enough for it. I went from dark brown to a lighter brown with blonde and it is so pretty! We had great conversation the whole time and I really enjoyed myself. The salon is also really nice inside as well. A last minute change in plans opened up for my husband and I to go to our military ball. Talk about being frantic and rushing. I decided to go on Yelp to see what would the right choice in getting my hair and makeup done for the night. I contacted about 4-5 different salons but Soffiato Via was the first one to reach out. Setting my appointment up was a breeze and they were incredibly friendly. That helped calming my nerves. The location is awesome! The salon is not located with the shopping malls and such in Moorestown but rather in the older BUT beautiful part of Moorestown. I found the salon rather quickly and there was plenty of parking on the street but I opted to park further away so I could walk down and see what other hidden treasures were there. I was pleasantly surprised. The salon is BEAUTIFUL. Being set in an older building, it has the modern, soft decor but the charm of an older home. Everyone was welcoming as I walked through the door (I was 15 mins early but they took me right back). My first station was my hair with Jessica. I didn't come prepared at all but thankfully Jessica pulled out her phone with Pinterest and had me look at some she had pinned. I have a vibrant personality so I'm not big on the norm so I opted for a "Fancy Faux Mohawk" - the finished product was incredible. That whole afternoon and night people was asking me where I got my hair done. I have blue hair so I think that make the Mohawk pop and people take notice. I was so happy with what Jessica gave me. Next station was makeup with Cherisse. I never wear makeup so I'm always scared with how I'll look. Cherisse did an amazing job - she made my eyes pop which definitely helped since I had to wear glasses a good part of the night but even with them on - you could still see the eye makeup behind them. The makeup was just perfect for the night. It went well with my dress along with the look I wanted to capture. She works magic! To sum it up - this salon was awesome. SV is a BEAUTIFUL environment to be in and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable! Not only do Caroline, Jeana, and the rest of the staff know the latest styles and trends, and how to achieve a perfect look for each client, but they also care about the health of each clients hair and use the best and most elite products on everyone! It is awesome that SV specializes in styling and blow drys, but also offers hair treatments, a full service makeup bar, lash extensions, hair extensions, as well as facial waxing! I went into the salon on two specific occasions - once wanting a blowout for a formal dinner and another time wanting a unique style for a concert! On neither occasion did I have a clear idea in my head of what I exactly wanted but on both occasions I left the salon with amazing hair! My blowout was perfectly styled with beach waves that lasted all day and night and my concert style was so unique and something that I never knew I wanted! Caroline knows what will look good on each client and knows how to style a memorable look! I received French braids with HAIR JEWELRY! I had never seen hair jewelry in person before, but knew it was very trendy, and I was so impressed by how many charms they had to choose from!!!! I later found out SV specializes in hair jewelry and it really was an amazing touch to my style and everyone loved it!!!!! Perfect and so fun for such an occasion!!! May I add during each appointment I was offered complimentary champagne and coffee!!! How nice! Because of these two amazing experiences I went back a third time for a formal updo and this time I had a picture of what I wanted. Caroline was able to achieve the look I wanted and I left SV looking just like the picture I brought in - maybe even better!! I've been to many salons and getting exactly what you ask for in a timely and affordable manner is rare to come by, so it's safe to say I'm now a loyal client and will only ever go to SV in the future!! Actually just booked an updo for a wedding in the fall! After I had gone to SV three times and received exceptional and consistent service each time, I decided to be a regular blowout client and now I come in weekly and look forward to it! My hair always lasts many days and looks amazing each time, I always get so many compliments!!! Consistency is also hard to come by - especially when you have thick, curly, long hair like mine! My hair has never been so perfect and healthy since coming here! The staff always first consults about what you want and then talks you through the styling process so that you can relax and be confident that your style will look amazing and won't spend the whole appointment nervous that you'll need to retouch it!! They also can recommend products to you that can help elongate your style or that can help you achieve future styles that you might want to try at home when you don't have time to stop into the salon! I was able to purchase oribe shampoo/conditioner, shine oil, hairspray, heat protectant, and detangler right at SV from their retail selection! Caroline told me how to use the products and now I can't imagine doing my hair without them - they truly are the best out there!!! The SV services menu is also unique from other salons in that you can "personalize" your relationship with the salon by either coming in at random or by buying a membership package that allows you a certain amount of blow drys per month / year! SV is all about accommodating to the client and making them comfortable, which is what I love and felt the second I walked through the door! Always an enjoyable appointment! I cannot say enough!! You cannot beat a Soffiato Via Experience! I always enjoy my time in the salon and would recommend everyone to come! Very affordable, professional, and fun! Very dissatisfied and disappointed !!! I was their customer for about 6 moth so as my daughter. Last time made an appointment a day before, the receptionist repeated the time and a service I requested. I arrived next day 5 min before my actual appointment, and the hairstylist told me that she has only 15 minutes for me!!! Never offered me another time and acted with attitude !!! I am so excited that Soffiato Via is my new go-to salon. Located across from the Moorestown Community Center, this salon is brand new, chic and cozy. Parking is convenient, plus they have their own parking lot in the back in case street parking is limited. Upon entering every visit, I am always accommodated with water, coffee, even champagne! I have visited Caroline twice now. She is very easy to get in contact with and will work around your schedule. Caroline asks all the right questions, gives her professional input while also listening to what you have to say/want with your hair. All the of employees at Soffiato Via work as a team and every single lady is full of energy and smiles. While I was getting some color added to my hair, I was made comfortable and checked on multiple times by several employees. I also noticed that every station has a usb charger and outlet in case your phone needs a pick me up. Pricing is unbelievably fair (especially for how hard the ladies work) and worth every dollar.
