Spoke to Zach directly and then pretty much via txt which is way easier for me with kids. Was pretty much straight forward about everything and how it worked. Day of event he and Juli arrived early and were ready to capture . He even sent me email letting me know he was there and waiting. I met both and was immediately sparked by their warm and bubbly personalities. You can tell right of the bat they love love what they do!!! They have several cameras working and adjusting according to lightening etc... You could also tell they actually knew what they were doing and not posing as photographers. I'm always happy when I get quality professional people and I know my money was well spent. For the event of two hours I paid 300.00 for unlimited shots for the evening. At this point in the review the party is just a couple days old so I haven't gotten my proofs just yet so I can't comment on that but I am sure they will look and be perfect as the meticulous craft these two have I'm sure to be pleased. This is a full service photographer, don't confuse it with the mall photo booths…read more We started working with Kat Mack in late 2017 as we were shopping for someone to do a bucket list photoshoot my wife wanted. Since the shoot involved body paint it obviously had to be someone she was comfortable working with as many of those were fabric free. We met with Kat for a consultation and spent sever hours working on the details for the shoot. Time well spent in the quality of the final product. On shoot day we scheduled the entire day. Kat coordinated with a hair & makeup artist and a body paint artist - we were pleased with both. Kat's assistant also helped with the various housekeeping duties involved with staging and a half dozen wardrobe changes. Our shoot was smooth and well put together, her entire operation was coordinated and adapted to delays as necessary thru the day. Working with her for edits which required multiple iterations she was patient and very accomodating. Great quality takes time folks, it cannot be rushed so keep that in mind and factor into your photo projects. When quality and fantastic customer service is required this studio is the place to go.

I was contact recently regarding my review from Kat and she asked I remove I review. I am not removing my review. It is my point of view that 1. I spent $120 on Groupon for her services that never stated in the fine print that she would require and additional purchase with a min price of $600 with her Groupon ! Groupon refuses to give my money back so I now have a credit. 2. I feel a three star review now accurate assessment of the conversation and time she took explaining to me that she prefers to work with clients that can afford and are willing to spend and "invest" a significant amount of time and money! I explained I did not use her services as she described her services to not be a "good fit" for what I wanted. That is her right and I appreciate that thank you ! But I still feel you are worthy of an honest review which is three stars . Please don't ask me to change my view point ! Please don't harass me about my review ! I feel I was honest and accurate ! Reviews are here to allow others to know what happened in my case !
