Driving by this South Florida Jeep shop along Broward Blvd is a head turner. They have extremely smart staff eager to assist. About thirty Jeep Wranglers and Ford Broncos line the front of the shop. Basically, they take stock Jeeps and give them a $15,000 face lift making each one slightly different. We bought a Jeep and come to this shop to check out all the new gadgets that they install on their inventory.

MONSTER JEEPS FOUND HERE... If you are searching for a Jacked Up Mega Jeep this is your place. The big Jeep display is in full force in front of the business for everyone to view along Broward Blvd. The price is not cheap, quoted around 15k, could go higher based on needs and wants ect, to fully deck out a basic Jeep but when you actually take a look at the before and after its amazing. You go from a baby Jeep to Mega Monster that turns heads in the road. Very cool and informative sales staff too, not pushy either. Anyways, the walk thru lot is open to view, seems like always.

Surprising my wife in Nashville with her SOFLO Bronco

I just got this amazing Bronco and my wife loves it, Chris was amazing to deal with at the Fort Lauderdale location. It was a great fast experience and they delivered it a week ahead of schedule. Thanks guys you made my wife's day.

**Update on my experience with SoFlo Customs:** Read the initial review below and then the follow-up. It's been a shocking expereince. After I left my initial review, SoFlo Customs contacted me, expressing a willingness to help resolve my issues. I appreciated the outreach and scheduled an appointment to bring in my truck for them to inspect the problems. However, during that same conversation, they asked me to take down my review before even fixing the issues. I told them that I wouldn't remove the review until my problems were fully resolved. Today, I went to SoFlo Customs and met with Jasmine in customer service and the sales manager. They both inspected my truck and agreed that the hood needed adjustment and the door, which was rubbing and scratching the paint, could be fixed. They acknowledged there were problems that needed attention, which gave me some hope for a resolution. The sales manager told me they would need 7-10 days to get it done. That all sounded promising at first. But then, the sales manager asked, "Can you take down the review so we can get started?" I made it clear that I wouldn't remove my honest review until the work was satisfactorily completed. He then repeated the request four more times, insisting, "Just take down the review," and ultimately told me that if I didn't take it down, they wouldn't proceed with fixing the truck. I was honestly shocked. My expectation was that they would stand by their work, regardless of a review. Instead, it seems fixing the issues hinges on whether or not I remove an honest critique. This experience has left me disappointed and feeling like my concerns aren't truly being addressed--unless I agree to silence my feedback. ______ I regret bringing my Bronco back to Soflo Customs. Initially, they built my Bronco to my specifications, and everything seemed great. But when I returned a year later to upgrade to their new wide-body fenders, it turned into a complete nightmare. The issues started with their payment policy. They insisted I wire the money because they don't accept credit cards for this service. That seemed strange but made sense after I saw the disaster they handed back to me. The work was an absolute mess: The rear fenders don't match--one side sticks out half an inch more than the other. The passenger rear fender wasn't mounted correctly, so it rubs against the door, chipping and scratching the paint. Both rear fenders were mounted too high, causing the soft top to hit and chip the paint even more. The passenger side of the hood has a gap so wide I can stick a finger in it. The tailgate has a huge gap. They installed a new grill, but it's misaligned, with a massive gap on the driver's side. The fiberglass hood they made is already cracking. To top it off, a box was stolen from the back during the build, and of course, they denied it. When I brought the truck back to address the issues, the owner's behavior was shocking. Instead of apologizing, he greeted me with, "Dean, why are you being such a pain in the ass?" followed by, "just joking." Who talks to customers like that? When he inspected the vehicle, his response was, "If this bothers you, then this is not the truck for you," instead of offering to fix it. He even tried to "fix" the gaps by taping rubber spacers inside the doors, which would obviously cause water leaks. When I suggested they redo the job properly, he dismissed me, saying I'd "never be happy" and even admitted their vehicles are handmade and will never be perfect. He said I could find flaws on any truck on his lot, which tells you everything about their so-called quality. The customer service was equally poor, with dismissive and unprofessional attitudes all around. It's clear that the lack of care and attention to detail comes from the top, starting with the owner himself. Save yourself the frustration, money, and disappointment. One star is far too generous.

    My Jeep

Called in and got great service from the Salesman named Ted. I was very relieved how easy going and thoughtful he was. Andrew made me feel at ease. They made the process very smooth and non dealerry.

BUYER BEWARE- As excited as I was to build a Bronco with this shop there are some major flaws to their process. From day one I specified that I need a heated steering wheel as in live in CO. After about a week of making the order, my sales person Nick brought me an opportunity to start the build with a bronco that did not have a heated steering wheel. I passed on the opportunity and told him that I'd rather wait until they can find one that has a heated steering wheel. After another week, I was told that they found one that did in fact have a heated steering wheel. Months later after the vehicle was already built and shipped to CO(shipping was nearly 2 weeks late), I discovered that there was no heated steering wheel. They did not inspect the vehicle whatsoever when they purchased it from their dealer partner. This led to all kinds of obvious manufacture defects, like the rubber trim around the windows, scuffs on the inside of the vehicle, etc. PSA- if SoFlo does a lift on your bronco, they will remove the front skid plate and they won't replace it. Something that I would've liked to have known up front as a customer. I never leave bad reviews and have been patient in trying to find a resolution but their customer service has been absolutely horrible and now dodges my calls. Take your business elsewhere.

Thanks to Brandon, Liam, Phil and the team. Great job!

The customer service process to this purchase was unpleasant and after receiving the vehicle, the service is even worse. I have an 820 credit score and was told I'd have a 9% interest rate. After declining to proceed and saying that the dealership was holding points, Kenny called me laughing. He asked if I was a car salesman and said while I wasn't wrong, it was unethical to do. Sorry it is. He proceeded to issue a $4300 discount and lowered the rate to ~6.5, the odd thing was the payments were the same as the quoted 9% rate. When I asked, he said it was bc of additional parts. So they gave a discount yet had me pay over the term of the loan? Not a discount. Once the build was complete, I was called and told I owed $4000. It wasn't until after I paid they sent an updated build sheet with no changes except for the removal of the $4300 discount. Once the vehicle was delivered, the windshield had scratch marks from the inside. I notified them right away. I have yet to this day to get a response from Kenny. Kenny is a snake oil salesman. I've called over 8 time and left messages and even one guy was extremely rude after I expressed frustration. A manager that's never available, how convenient, but as soon as they are going to lose a sale he's calling me all day long. For the amount of money that was spent the customer service and management is terrible.

I've only been here about 15 minutes, but I wanted to share a couple quick observations that might improve the waiting area experience. One suggestion would be to consider replacing the cloth waiting chairs with plastic, pleather, or leather seating. Cloth can sometimes trap dust or mites and is harder to sanitize regularly compared to wipeable surfaces. Another idea might be adding a couple of massage chairs (even just 2-3). It would allow customers to relax while they wait and could really enhance the experience. Lastly, it might help to have guest Wi-Fi available without needing to ask for a password. Sometimes customers prefer not to interrupt staff while they're busy, especially during peak times. Everything else looks great so far, and I'm looking forward to the service. Just thought I'd share these observations as a first-time customer. Thanks!

I was told yesterday that I needed two new tires on the passenger side that they were basically bald. Each tire would have been around $120. Which I would need an alignment, granted I did need one anyway. They also wanted to charge me for mounting, (which I get all places do things differently) that charge would've been about $430. The mechanic stated that I needed to change my brake fluid, I already did that the last time I was there. Xavier fixed the mistake since apparently that was supposed to be for another car. But I was still baffled that they said my tires were bad... I told them I would pass. I took my car to another place this morning... MY TIRES ARE NO WHERE NEAR BALD AND THERE IS STILL THREADING! My tires are in better condition than the used tires I saw around the shop! I don't know if the mechanic screwed up and put someone else's information on my account. I don't think I'll be going back. They almost costed me 1000 for things I didn't need.

Not only did they lose one of the real hex bolts that secures my center cap, but they also clearly forced a tool onto the decorative accents and snapped off one of the false bolts on my Fuel 1001-63B cap. The service advisor text-confirmed the safety failure and damage, admitting fault and stating management was reviewing camera footage. Since then, the dealership has completely ghosted me. To summarize my review DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR LIFE. I purchased a 2004 Yukon Denali a few weeks ago, and the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. They were unable to identify the issue that day and ended up keeping the vehicle for over NINE DAYS. During that time, communication was almost nonexistent. I never received updates and it was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. Keep in mind, this was after I had already purchased the vehicle. I was eventually told that the fuel lines and fuel pump had been replaced, which I later discovered was not true because when I finally received the vehicle it still had the exact same issue the salesman originally pointed out. After more back and forth, they agreed to have the vehicle looked at in Orlando since that is where I live. The dealership here quickly discovered that the problem was simply a disconnected hose, something that should have taken about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix. Overall, the experience involved poor communication, misleading information, and a complete waste of my time. The process truly tested my patience. That said, Kevin, the salesman, has been great and is apparently the only decent human being who works there.

They had to take my steering column apart. Kind of annoying design flaw on Toyota's part because noise is a known issue so another option would have been nice (like re-packing with silicone) but still better than a total column replacement. Cost of parts was nil, overall book hours are reason for high cost to repair. This is no fault of service department but if you're hearing me Toyota- you can do better!!! Courtesy shuttle staff are incredibly sweet, friendly and professional. The most negative part of my experience was with the car jockeys who take people in. They are so obnoxiously rude. The first day I showed up they were pushy but the second day put me over the edge. Someone seriously needs to talk to this group because they are the first face/impression for the most profitable department in the whole dealership. I worked in service departments for many years and the experience with these jokers was unacceptable. The second day I was the only car at 11 am in the two lane park to drop off. You would think I was blocking the whole area during the morning rush to drop off with how pushy they were. Ryan walked me to the courtesy shuttle area and these guys were yelling at him across the way in front of me, a customer. Not a good look!! They did not listen to what I was trying to communicate to them on my second day drop off. Someone needs to tell these characters that they are a part of the customer service experience. Honestly, if I could just drop off with my service advisor and then have them pull car around it would be a much better experience. I'm not easily intimidated but having two men standing over me while I'm trying to get out of my car and arguing with me with an attitude the second I pulled up really set me over the edge. I'm a very reasonable person and having been on both the auto service side and as a customer I know why they are the way they are but this negative experience makes the jobs of the advisor much harder. The advisor has to mitigate our negative mood coming in on top of explaining expensive diagnostic/repairs to lay people who are probably upset about the cost in this current economy. When I returned, the same manager suddenly approached me and told me I was no longer allowed to do a demo drive. She claimed that I had previously returned a vehicle in poor condition, which is completely untrue. The car was inspected when I brought it back, and no issues were ever mentioned. When I questioned her, she said they can refuse service to anyone. While I understand that businesses have policies, the way this situation was handled felt targeted and unfair. Based on how she treated me from the start, I genuinely felt racially profiled. When I expressed that, she dismissed me by saying she was "sorry I feel that way," which was frustrating and dismissive. She then went on to imply that demo drives are only for people with "useful purposes," like checking if the car fits in their garage or if it's suitable for children. She also questioned whether I was a serious buyer, which was inappropriate and offensive. She had no basis to assume anything about my financial situation, whether I own a home, or if I have a family. Overall, this experience made me feel disrespected, judged, and unwelcome. No customer should be treated this way when simply trying to explore a potential purchase. I hope Tesla takes this kind of behavior seriously and ensures all customers are treated with fairness and respect.
