About a month ago, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, working directly with Facundo. During the sales process, we were verbally told we were agreeing to a 24-month loan, payments of approximately $500/month, and financing around 4.99% interest. We put down $9,000 in cash, which completely disappeared. Our automatic payment was withdrawn from our bank account, and it was $587, not the amount we believed we had agreed and signed to.That immediately sent us into panic mode, so we started digging. What we discovered was HORRIFYING. The financing paperwork reflected a 70-MONTH loan, not 24 months, and an interest rate closer to 10%, not 4.99%. But it gets worse. When the lender later sent over documentation, we discovered signatures were completely forged, and the email address associated with the electronic documents was not my husbands email - this was done to prevent him from receiving the copies of the DocuSign directly. Let that sink in. When we contacted the dealership expecting someone to explain or help correct what appeared to be serious discrepancies, we were met with arrogance, zero accountability, and complete dismissal. Instead of helping, we were told that if we wanted certain add-ons canceled, we had to do it ourselves--even though those products were sold to us during the deal. And Thomas (the supposed manager's) response? "See you in court." So that is exactly the route we are now taking. We are actively retaining a consumer attorney and filing formal complaints with the state. Their SunBiz corporation is INACTIVE! This has been financially devastating, emotionally exhausting, and one of the most disturbing consumer experiences we've ever had. Absolutely disgraceful.

They do not care about people at all, no matter your circumstances. All they care is getting paid. They gave us a great price over the phone for a car, but refused to put anything in writing. When we drove in from out of state, that car "wasn't available" anymore. They then convinced us to buy another car instead. They told us the total price was $14,500. The next day, when we carefully looked at the paperwork, we found out the car was actually listed at $23,000. That's almost $9,000 more than what they told us. The signing process was rushed. They quickly flipped through papers, showed us forms with the lower price, but those weren't the papers we actually signed. It was confusing on purpose and felt like a total scam. This place tricks people, hides the real numbers, and pushes you to sign before you can think. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I hope we can somehow get justice for our experiences, coming together as a group to fight against this company somehow.

The car didn't even make it to the next Friday and the transmission completely stopped working so I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting on Alex to come tow the car back to their office to be worked on. They say they offered us a 6 month warranty for certain issues going on with the car. It's now been over a week later since the incident and I still cannot get a clear answer from anyone (not Farrah who works in service, not from sales, or from Alex the owner), all they tell me is they will know more the next day and then the same answer is given over and over. Tomorrow I have a Zoom meeting with my boss for what I am certain is going to be me being Fired from my job because I haven't been able to show up for work in over a week bc I haven't had a car to get to and from work. The entire reason I purchased a car was to be able to work and have reliable transportation to make money--but what I got was a car that ended up having a bad transmission, issues with the power window/sunroof, key fob not working, check engine light on, dull front head light, etc. (a lemon). Luckily there is a Lemon Law in Florida and A good friend who happens to be an attorney who will be helping me if the car is not repaired and returned to me asap. He was incredibly diligent--answered our billion questions (seriously). His patience and professionalism made the whole process feel easy. That said, the dealership itself could use some improvement. The facility felt cramped--too many salespeople hustling for attention in a tight showroom, which made it a bit chaotic at times. It seemed like there were more reps than cars, Art however went the extra mile and met us at our car as soon as we showed up so we weren't fought over by salesmen. If the facility was bigger and less crowded, I might have considered giving a 5 star and for me that's saying a lot being a car dealership. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend working with Art if you're in the market for a new vehicle--his customer service is top tier. Just be prepared for a busy showroom environment. Still, the pros (mainly Art) greatly outweighed the cons for us.

At one point, something actually got wedged between the steering wheel and the seat while I was driving, and I almost crashed. That alone was terrifying. The number of recalls has also been insane. It feels like the vehicle is constantly being called back for another problem. I honestly don't understand how anyone would buy a Kia Telluride, especially the Prestige model. It feels like it's held together with glue and duct tape. This has easily been one of the worst vehicle experiences I've ever had. Between the reliability issues and the frustration with service, I would never purchase another Kia again and definitely not from this dealership. Never again.

I mean car shopping is almost as painful as the dentist. I was specifically looking at the Cadillac XT5 and SRX. The SRX was discontinued in 2016 so it was difficult to find a new one. Luckily, there was one in stock that was used but only had 11k miles on it. We go on a Friday night to look, drive, obtain information, and possibly purchase. I received a text from someone in the sales department and mentioned his name when walking in. I realized later that several of them contacted me via phone, text, and email. Typical harassment from all car dealerships. Dane greeted us with a genuine smile and offered his assistance due to the other guy not being there. Dane was the only human in that place. I have worked sales for different companies for years so I know the ins and outs of tricks. I personally will walk out if someone is aggressive, not genuine, does not care about the customer or sale, and passive aggressive. So in this place, we experienced all of that with other staff. We actually left due to them pushing me to sign a document that was stating I give permission for basically anyone in the world to have my private information. I am definitely educated and read everything before I sign it. They had no idea what I was talking about because they clearly were not educated. So we spent the following day trying to research other dealerships and had no luck with the loan situation. I contacted Dane late and asked if we could come in to discuss the car. Dane quickly responded and said yes. Unfortunately, Dane was occupied when we arrived so we had to deal with the same ignorant staff as the previous day. The entire process took about 3 hours. My reward at the end of it all was to drive off in my beautiful car! I would suggest to try other dealerships if you have to go through this painful process.

    Warning: Do Not Trust Florida Fine Cars…read more I deeply regret buying my car from Florida Fine Cars. The vehicle had a hidden defect in one of the lights that was covered up just to make the sale. They put a new bulb and superficially fixed the lamp, but it was full of water and caused a short circuit that damaged the entire electrical system. Even after taking the car back, nobody mentioned the issue -- and now the car is completely damaged. If I hadn't taken it to a mechanic in time, it could have exploded or caught fire. It was a life-threatening situation caused by pure negligence. Customer service? The worst. Rude, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. This dealership is extremely dishonest. They sold me a problem disguised as a car. Do not trust them.
