If I could give this place less than zero stars I would. They almost killed me and my fiancé 3 days after we purchased a car from them. They sold us a 2011 Toyota Corolla hybrid with the dash board FULL of lights. We we tried to address them they just kept telling us that the car was fine, the only light they fixed was the tire pressure light. I even told the sales rep Nadia that the tires looked old and needed to be replaced on the front. I'm not sure if she was just trying to sell the car but completely dismissed what I said and stuck a finger in the almost gone tread and said it was fine. She refused to give us a discount on the tires. We ended up only purchasing the car because it was our only option and my fiancé really needed a car for work. 3 days later low and behold the front tire blew from dry rot causing my fiancé to swerve nearly missing two other cars while 2 other tires on the car blew as well and he ended up bending the rims on two tires to avoid hitting another car. He could've killed us and someone else. When we called to tell her about it she said we must have hit something and that tires were NOT covered under their 7 day warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I DID AND NOT ONLY DID I GET A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN IN ACCIDENT BUT IT WILL COST ME $3K JUST TO GET IT SAFE ENOUGH TO DRIVE AGAIN I bought a van from this dealership in Dec 2020. I only buy clean vehicles without any accidents. I specifically asked the salesperson if there had been any accidents and the salesperson said no, no accidents and it is in great condition. I went through their difficult sales process (they only accept wires, not even cashiers checks) and paid $27,810 for the van. 4 months later the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree with check engine lights etc. We take the van to a Ford Dealership that writes: "the check engine light concern pertaining to an evap leak, the mechanic found multiple issues: broken and poorly repaired evap line assembly, damaged wiring improperly repaired, driver side ball joint loose, fuel tank missing one secure strap and rear strap is not the correct part. Vehicle also appears to have hit/run something over which bent front cross frame." In other words, not only has the van been in an accident, it was repaired so shoddily that it was dangerous to drive it. The Ford dealership then listed the following repairs and cost. Listed are the repairs recommended: Replace evap canister Replace all evap lines and one fuel line missing a clip. Drop fuel tank to replace fuel line. Replace fuel pump module pigtail. Repair wiring next to fuel tank. Replace driver side lower ball joint. + Alignment. Replace fuel tank straps. (11 Hours total for labor) Parts:            $1,092.93 Labor:          $1,649.45 Alignment:   $129.95 Total:            $2,872.33 Tax:               $201.06 Shop Fee       $34.95 Grand Total: $3,108.34 So not only is this van far less valuable than what I paid for it because it has been in an accident, I am now stuck paying for over $3K in repairs. Changing my review bc apparently the temporary paper tag used for the car I bought here was stolen from their property (supposedly). It was registered under my name and they ran red light cameras, made illegal u-turns, and drive on toll roads with my tag. The camera tickets were all sent to me of course because the tag is registered under my name. I have reported it to the dealership that they need to pay off the tickets and explain what has happened because I should not be held responsible and have this on my record. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. These guys are class A slime-balls; this must be the reason why car salesmen get such bad reputations. There is a miscommunication between employees here, for example it happened not once but twice where one employee told me one thing in regards to finances, and then Luis (the main jerk) turned around and said another. Then he keeps a straight face and tries to tell you he doesn't know what you are talking about or of whom you're talking about as if he doesn't know his own sales associates. West International Auto Sales priced me at $100 more than what my license/registration would be according to the state, then waited more than 30 days before transferring the title which according to the DMV of florida is ILLEGAL. They held my title hostage for well over a month after I had bought the car and paid in full all at once, and two months later I'm finally done with them. This was my first car buying experience and it just proves to me the level of shadiness in this industry. The car I purchased less than 2 months ago has already had to have $1250 worth of maintenance/repair while they market their vehicles as having 0 issues. I had to file a civil claim against them already and now after having being screwed over yet AGAIN, will be filing another. Luis is a shark, he will do anything to make the absolute most amount of money out of you.
