We were locked out at 4 am on December 26, 2022. We called SoFlo Locksmiths to get us in. They sent a locksmith who pried our door open, damaging it. When we called to get refunded after getting the door fixed, SoFlo claimed they have no record of the locksmith or our home being serviced. Funny, because I have an AmEx charge that says otherwise. I do not recommend using this company if you're locked out. Not only do they not care about damages caused by their locksmiths, but they will lie and say they have no record of your service. read more

they are not affiliated with AAA although when I initially called them whoever answered the phone said they do accept AAA. when the locksmith came to take my keys out of my car he asked for $200 and I said I'm sorry but when I called in they told me you had AAA coverage . The locksmith continue to say ma'am no we don't. I need $200. I cannot let you leave with your car keys. read more

Best price hands down, extremely flexible on time. They worked around my schedule and made sure I was taken care of. I got a quote that was less than half of what the dealership quoted me, and didn't realized it was the OEM key until they were done. Which btw, was incredibly quick and on my driveway (7pm on a Thursday), so I didn't bother having to drive anywhere. Glad I supported local business and will continue using their services whenever I need to. Needed keys for my mercury mountaineer. They took my 150, cut a key that doesn't work, and then left. I've called a dozen times over last 2 months and the service manager REFUSES to take my call or call me back. Someone needs to get fired over this. I hope they go out of bbusiness. read more

Locked out of home late at night. Tech took almost 2 hours to get there despite given ETA of 30-45 mins. Spent all of 15 mins getting me into the home. Charged me $169 PLU a $30 service call. Paid in cash as credit card payment would incur additional 3% fee. Tech did not and would not issue me a receipt, which in itself is a red flag. Called the main number/dispatch a number of times requesting a receipt to no avail. Another red flag. Took total advantage of the situation overcharging $199. On top of that...no receipt. Horrible customer service. they don't give you prices on anyone even when you have given them all the information they need to give you an estimate. Very entitled workers and they talk to you as of your incompetent. Definitely don't recommend this company to anyone when it comes to dealing with any kind of lock. Very sketchy business. read more

We called for service 3 weeks ago, we asked for a invoice from the guy that came out, it showed another company's name, I called Soflo to get a invoice and to confirm service, they couldn't give me any invoice info, said they would forward it to their manager, when asked who their boss was, no one could tell me, I haven't had a phone call or email from them for 3 weeks!, all I want is a invoice!, we were charged $516 to get in a front door, the deadbolt wasn't even locked!, the guy said it would be $150 for each lock! Could they make it any easier? I don't think so. I called them but thought I was getting some bogus answering service. Hung Up. They called my right back and Tyler was there in 20 min to hook me up. I had gone to try and find a spare at my house, Obviously couldn't but i snapped a pic of my ID and zelled the money while I was on the road back. So, I got locked out in my house and can get in, I called this company "SoFlo" lock, they told me to pay an initial down payment just for the dispatch, after the payment they will dispatch somebody to come to our house. They promised 30 mins they'll be there, so I waited and waited... 30 mins passed I called and they said they're on their way, so I waited again, nobody showed up, soo pissed off called them again and promised to be there, but the problem is they never called you or at least to let you know that they are on their way, until hours passed called them to refund my money, and what I'm pissed off cause no one called me back.. until I escalate the situation and reach to the owner. I'm about to write a very bad review when the owner called me and apologize for the very inconvenient situations. I'm just yelling and raising my voice explaining what had happen they just keep me waiting and waiting.. anywho, the owner said; that he will come and fix the problem and will drive down there to unlock our door for me. He's probably about 45 mins away. I calmed down, and I said; I will give him a shot to see if he will show up. He really did show up, and I'm expecting an older guy,but instead this young kid, very polite so professional and good looking too. He started working to open our door and finally he unlocked our door. He ended up changing our door lock and give me 50% for all the trouble. Anywho, I ask him if his single, he said yes and I told him I have a very beautiful daughter and I showed her picture, then I called my daughter that this guy was cute, very professional , he's still at school etc.. . It was funny cause my daughter was also in to it, although she lives in a different state, but they will meet thru Instagram. Anywho, I'm satisfied customer, this kid was very nice and very professional , that's what the business all about makes your customers happy and satisfied .
