The waffle sandwich comes in one of two patty choices; Neapolitan or Vanilla. The soft waffle sandwich is made freshly on a high turn over day or kept under a heating lamp. The freshly made waffle cones can be high in demand often causing a wait in the lines. Many flavors are also offered on their premium ice creams, however chocolate was not one of them this past time I went. No worries, just a few feet away is another ice cream stand called, "Old Mill Sundaes," which carry the traditional flavors and some not so traditional. So for some ice cream on the go, Waffle Shack, has your back.
