Took my car Saturday August 9th. And got the oil changed. On a car where oil level that's checked…read moreweekly, is always normal, and with an oil light that has never come on since I've had the car. Car was driven about 75 miles and the oil light came on, and the car started running badly, misfiring and running "rough" pulled over checked, decided to go ahead and drive the 25 miles home. Got home let the car sit for and checked the oil. Noticed the wiring harness was melted, not all the way to the wires but the protective outside, and that there was way to much oil in it. Took car back to garfias Tuesday 12. The look at it and said. It was over filled by 1/2 quart and the oil switch sensor was faulty. That because the sensor was out it caused the engine to get hot and melt that wiring harness. So they put the oil at level and replaced the sensor. (They would only take cash, and would NOT provide a work order). Drive home all is well with my car Tuesday night driving to work my oil light came back on the way to work, Take my car back to Garfias today (8/13) and was told everything is fine with my car and everything is working appropriately that the light is on because when the wires got melted ... .... But they can figure it out if they keep my car for the day and it'll be a minimum of $200.. So I need a reputable mechanic please ... And after that, i'm almost positive, a lawyer... Any advice

Literally, the service attendant flagged me in and I was uncomfortable doing so but you kept pushing me and next I know I'm in the car wash. Can't see the car in front of me and I feel a bump: So they show my insurance cover the video and blame me. I never got to see the video and I'm not sure my insurance company did either. The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

I asked for their cameras and then they said it was their fault. They offered $9 for all. I rejected it, it was offensive. Second time I went there with a new car and a temporary plate, the plate was gone after the washing. Nobody told me not to get a wash or that it could be damaged. They didn't even allowed me to file a claim. It will ALWAYS BE SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT, NOT THEIRS! Cancelling my subscription and not going back again.

I stopped here in the middle of a road trip looking to spray off the underneath of my car and get off all the Chicago salt, which you can't do with your regular pull-through car wash. Lo and behold I found this gem! Not only did I spray off the under body, but I used the foam brush and tire cleaner. My car is so clean now! If I was using quarters at a typical coin wash, I would probably be out $25 considering the time I spent washing and vacuuming. I have never seen a car wash set up this way, but I wish there were more of them. Fabulous!

I cannot tell you how many times I have went to vacuum my car out and have waited over 10 mins after asking them to use the vacuum and then them not ever come to turn it on. I pay $45 a month for a service and when I am on a time crunch I can't wait. I understand when they're busy but when no cars are in line and they're standing there, it's highly frustrating! update your vacuums like any other location.
