I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!

Dear Safelite Customer Service Team,…read more I am writing to formally document a highly disappointing experience I had with your West Olympia, Washington location and your corporate office. After a rock damaged both my windshield and the vehicle frame, I coordinated a repair involving a local dent specialist and your West Olympia branch. I worked with April to schedule a specific two-step process for 5/1/26: your technician was to remove the glass at 10:00 AM, allow the dent repair to take place, and return later that day to install the new windshield. I was explicitly told by April that payment would be required when the technician called on his way back for the final installation. The service I received was unacceptable for the following reasons: - Scheduling and Professionalism: The technician called me early, expressed frustration with his schedule, and arrived significantly later than the 11:00 AM time he game me. - Communication Failures: Despite having my contact information, the technician mistakenly believed I was a dealership. Later, he left the site without performing the work, claiming to the shop that payment was needed upfront--a direct contradiction to what was agreed upon with April. I was never called to provide payment, which I would have gladly done over the phone to avoid delays. - Lack of Accountability: When I attempted to resolve this, the local shop refused to let me speak with a manager. When I contacted the corporate office, I received no explanation, no apology, and no assistance. They just let me know someone should be in touch. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this. This total lack of customer service, from the local technician to headquarters, is deeply concerning. Because Safelite chose to cease communication rather than resolve a problem of its own making, I cannot recommend your services to others. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will address these systemic failures in communication and professional conduct so this does not happen to others. Thanks

I had a perfect experience with The Glass Guy and highly recommend them to anyone…read more I was behind a dump truck on the highway and got nailed with a couple of rogue pieces of gravel - right in the windshield. Two good sized nicks and they both cracked outward across the length of the glass. I submitted the claim through my insurance and The Glass Guy came up as one of the possible places I got use to get it replaced. I am SO glad I chose them. From the get-go, they were speedy and professional. I got call from their office manager just a few hours after submitting the claim and told them what the deal was. She took my vehicle information and VIN to confirm the correct size that's needed, telling me that she'd do some hunting and see about price, availability, and timeframe. I got a call back the same day and she told me the price (which was less than the deductible) so she suggested not going through insurance - which I followed. I was able to get it scheduled within the week. Once there, I got the vehicle in right on time and just decided to wait there in the office for them to complete it. They were extremely efficient - finishing it much quicker than what was originally thought. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looked great and after a month or so later, I haven't had any issues. This is a family owned and operated business; and the care they have for their customers is clear. They have a very comfortable and esthetic office/waiting area (along with a very friendly dog that might ask for some pets). The office staff is extremely friendly and kind, and while I didn't meet any of the service staff, when they came in and our of the garage area they seemed very nice as well and everyone was professional and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to get any vehicle glass repaired/replaced again, but if I do, you better believe I'm coming back to The Glass Guy!!

About a month ago we took my wife's RAV 4 to the Glass Guy to get a couple of chips filled. This…read moreservice went well, at the same time I mentioned to the owner that I have a company car (RAV 4) that needed a windshield. He said, call back with the VIN and they would get it scheduled, I got them the VIN that day. They said it would be a month because of parts on back order. I thought, I can drive it with the crack for a month to give a local shop the business. Fast forward, my wife called Wednesday before the appointment on 11/11/24 to see if they might have an opening either Thursday or Friday before my appointment on Monday. My wife spoke to the gal that works there. She said she would have to call back in a little bit to let her know. Fast forward to the next morning, I called and talked to the gal my wife talked to. She told me that the windshield for my RAV 4 was not available, and she left a voicemail to tell my wife know this. Cell phones don't lie, my wife had not received a call from their number and didn't receive a voicemail. She said check back in a couple of weeks for availability of parts. I immediately got online and scheduled with Safelite, this was Thursday, and the appointment was for Friday at 8:00 AM. Perfect service!! no lies about parts, or not being able to get that windshield. Safelite installed and calibrated the windshield, and I am 110% satisfied with their performance.
