And their maintenance guy is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Plus every time they come service our water softener (Rainsoft brand) it's always $200 plus before they're out the door. Don't let that lifetime guarantee from Rainsoft fool you, because it's far from maintenance-free and Clean Water Specialists takes full advantage of it. I would never get a Rainsoft again or deal with Clean Water Specialists again. Unfortunately for me they are the only authorized dealer in the Tri-Cities therefore the only ones authorized to maintain a Rainsoft system to keep it under warranty. If I would have known that their maintenance costs over time would add up to the cost of a new system I would have just done that already!

He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Jason has always done outstanding work and has backed up his work when we needed help. I will continue to call on Jason for everything plumbing.
