Don't ever take your cat for grooming here in Green Bay. They are so rude it's unbelievable! I…read morebrought my rescue cat in for what was probably his first bath. I told them he was very good natured but didn't know how he would react to a bath. They said it would be a couple of hours so they could make sure he was totally dry. in about a half hour I got a call from the groomer and she yelled over the phone that we had to pick him up immediately and he was never welcome back because he bit her. She yelled that there was blood everywhere. When we arrived he was in his crate on the counter and still wet. The groomer came out with a small bandaid on her finger and continued yelling at us. She said he bit her when she turned the blow dryer on him. She told us that we were banned from the store(as if we'd ever come back) and also yelled that she was calling animal control on us (which I knew she couldn't do). Obviously she didn't understand cats at all. Later on I took him to a professional groomer at my vets and she told me that she would never ever turn a blow dryer on a cat. She told me that 90% of cats won't tolerate a blow dryer. In the past we have spent a lot of money at Petsmart for our other cat and have donated to every charity that they sponsored. Petco is our new go-to store and grooming will only be done by a professional at our vet.

Watched her through the glass for a few mins and left. 30 mins later Jamie the salon manager called and said she's bleeding on her ear. They finally stopped the bleeding but since she has an open sore. She needs to be picked up. They can't groom her. When I arrived they said she was bleeding when she came in. She scratched herself. In no way was she bleeding when she came in. She's white. I would have seen it. Also why wait 30 mins to call me and say she's bleeding. Would you have noticed when you looked her over upon her arrival. They obviously cut her ear when they started. No apologies from Jamie. Just that it was my fault it seemed. Please don't go here. I love my pet. Big brick and mortar stores don't have the kind of attention that small groomers have. Stay away from this place.

Note: "Happy Tails" is now "Viva Vet"…read more Yes, it is rather expensive. Most veterinary care is costly; our animal companions are priceless. We came here after a bad experience at another veterinary office left me wondering about their level of expertise. Happy Tails left no question in my mind about their veterinary knowledge, their commitment to excellent care, and their empathy. Gentle but thorough, describes the vets with whom we've dealt with here. All of my pets who have been seen here are the better for it. Dr. Theresa has been an excellent source of needed information and veterinary care. She also diagnosed our cat within seconds of examining her; the other vet we hap frequented earlier apparently did not look carefully at her mouth despite our description of the problem. All of the staff members are kind, helpful, and efficient. One feels valued and our pets seem to actually be noticed and appreciated. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend Viva Vet , formerly known as Happy Tails.

She lovingly helped many of our fur babies cross over rainbow bridge. Her staff is fabulous; especially, Delaney who is a joyful, upbeat person and loving caregiver of all of the animals that come through their doors. I will continue to support Happy Tails as long as I have my fur babies to care for. Thank you, Dr Nasal and staff for giving our pets such wonderful care over the years.
