I have purchased four in the past and my tires have been running very smoothly. In the front entrance, they are giving away free tumblers for anyone who applies for auto renewal of the Costco membership and or tries applying for a Citi credit card. So I thought why not it's free. I may have blew up a tire today, but at least I went home with a Costco Tumbler. Choose the little things in life that bring joy. Oh, and for a little stress relief we are visiting the food court and treating ourselves to not just one hot dog but ice cream because life is lifing but at least Costco has affordable options to fuel up my day. Also, if you have a Costco membership and you forgot your card at home, you can also use your Costco app to enter the store.

Costco has a pharmacy, hearing aid center, eye exams & tire center. I haven't used any of those services but do like that there's 2 tire inflation stalls outside next to the tire center that ANYONE can use for free! The parking lot is large and the gas station now has 3 pumps per aisle like town (but faster) for a total of 30 pumps. I've never waited in long lines for gas since they added the 3rd rows! The food court is inside to the right after the member center with cheap pizza & hot dogs as their main sellers. If you want your whole pizzas ready faster, when you enter Costco, go to the right and straight back to put in your order...then shop. If you're gonna be awhile let them know so they'll start it later! The bathroom is past the food court by the employee lockers. There's lots of stalls, its clean enough & has paper towels not just loud hand drying machines. They're usually pretty stocked with all the bulk food and items they sell. The lines can be long but the cashiers are quick, friendly and efficient. At the self checkout side, they're trying to scan items while in line so when you get to the pay kiosk you just scan your membership card, your order pulls up, you pay & go! So much quicker, I hope self checkout fully converts to that! P.S. shop before a holiday because they're closed on more holidays than other stores are! Happy shopping!

When I got to the store she saw me and asked if i needed assistance. I showed her my screenshot. We looked in the section where it would be. Then we looked in the clearance section and it wasn't there. And then we looked in the last known place on her zebra where it was last and the date said Dec 28z The inventory was wrong and it said Negative two but in my app it said six in stock. So I really drove there for nothing. I just wanted to praise Makaylah on her customer sevice and attitude even though I walked out empty handed. Disappointed on the accuracy of the app.

Late in the engagement, we discovered a significant error (my mistake), and they sprung into action to rectify it and did so in the most professional and fair way possible. We had a massive 8'x8' island that required the joining of two slabs. Their work was so flawless that we play a game with guests, asking them to find the seam -- it takes quite an effort. Todd Branson specializes in premium countertops, so it didn't seem like he could come down to our budget. But he just happens to have some single slabs left over from larger projects. We came to an agreement very quickly and his account manager, Michelle, was very easy to work with. Todd came to our home to personally to take measurements for cutting the slab. Todd arrived as expected right on time. He set up some very sensitive laser equipment to perform the task. He listened to our design preferences and made us aware of options such as increasing the edge height to hide the sub-countertop. Todd's measurements must have been very good because the installation only took a couple of hours. He got as much stone out of that slab as humanly possible and apologized for not having enough to make one of the seams disappear. It is the most beautiful countertop we have ever seen. And my wife and I are very house-y.

I had a going away gift for a Cub Scout pack member that needed to be done at the last minute. I searched Oahu for engraving shops and came upon Engraving Hawaii. Previously I had passed by it a couple times while walking around the Schofield Exchange, but never looked in before. I walked in and there were two customers in front of me. Nick was helping other customers and told me he would assist me as soon as he could. When it was my turn, I explained what I needed and when I needed it, but Nick explained they had an influx of rush jobs that needed to be completed. He let me know that it was unlikely to be finished by the requested date, and I was ok with it, because I tend to follow the saying, "Poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine." That evening, I receive a text message from the shop requesting I proof-read and approve the layout. They got the layout exactly how I requested and I quickly replied it was perfect. I was afraid to think that it might get finished in time, but their quick draft gave me a glimmer of hope that it would be ready in time. The next day I got a message telling me the item was ready. I rushed over to the shop and sure enough it was completed and looked fantastic. Because of Engraving Hawaii, we were able to present the award at the banquet for the departing member! I was so impressed with the friendly and professional service. The team is really customer-focused, and based on what I was hearing from their interactions with the other customers they were going to try everything in their power to get requests just right. Helping Hands was so much closer to where we live compared to Salvation Army or Goodwill. I like that Helping Hands is truly a nonprofit organization because they don't sell your donated goods to the people who need them. People can come get the goods for free at helping hands. Staff were always very friendly and helpful with unloading my car. They are also very good about giving me the tax write off forms. (Salvation Army has you go to a website to get tax form and I couldn't even create an account successfully on the website. Kept getting error message.) Helping hands drop off times are Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM so the drop off window is pretty limited.

We spent over $20K on custom cabinetry and received damaged parts, misaligned installation, a miscut sink cabinet, a defective drawer insert, and multiple unprofessional interactions. The range hood cabinet was fabricated too tall. Instead of acknowledging the error, they insisted the problem was elsewhere - until we demonstrated the hood still wouldn't fit. Only then did they admit the issue. Their handling of the appliance garage lighting was even worse. They routed lighting channels and installed sensors in both compartments, then backtracked and claimed the upper lighting wasn't part of the design. Suddenly, it became a "complimentary" feature - conveniently after the system failed. The excuses and contradictions are exhausting. Their behavior shows a clear pattern of denial, bad faith, and cover-up. Avoid this company if you expect professionalism, accountability, or respect for your time and money.

Original review: We had cabinetry and lighting for a kitchen and two bathrooms designed and installed for our condo in Honolulu. Not as much attention to detail and quality as we would have liked. First, they apparently didn't get the specs right for our cooktop so our contractor and the stone fabricator had to figure out a way to adjust things to make it work. Second, the ribbon lighting installed over one of the bathroom vanities is falling out. We've contacted them and will see if they fix the problem. Stay tuned for an update. Overall, we like the look of the cabinets and lighting but are a bit disappointed in some of the work.

I often had to clean after him or bring in others to finish the job. Despite doing sloppy, inconsistent work, he still demanded full payment. Do not hire Bruno. He is unreliable, careless, and a complete waste of time and money. He is not presentable at all. He doesn't take pride in his self.
