Everything was good. I took my time to write them good reviews on yelp and google as a way of saying thank you and helping a business. 2nd time around, husband of the lady grabs the phone, doesn't let me speak, completely loses his temper when all I was doing is politely asking the lady whether they can fix the print or not in a timely manner before sun goes down. I told her many times that IF they couldn't, it was okay. If they are booked it's not their fault, I understand I DID NOT push them, I just called to follow up because I have a deadline I need to meet. I even said if they can't do it then just to tell me "NO", but I need to know because I have a deadline, but instead the guy loses it, yells at me in a threatening tone and tells me to "Come and pick my shit up" refusing service, not to mention, yesterday they told me they would squeeze me in yesterday night... Extremely unprofessional. Next time if you can't do the work, just nicely say "I'm sorry we would love to help you but we are completely booked" that's all you guys had to do. I will have no choice but to do the video without the outfit, and that's okay, I just wish you told me no from the beginning instead of screaming at me on the phone. I reached out to David who was sent from the heavens above on the dozen or so print jobs we had. We had every variation of color, black, and white, double-sided, you name it! Not only did David and his team complete everything on time, but they kept me updated on progress and questions. The best part was, the price was still reasonable! Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! Hubby found him online and after reading all the five-star reviews decided to call and make an appointment. Art answered the phone himself and told him to come over same day. He takes credit cards but gives a cash discount. Pulled into driveway and Art was there waving him in and where to park. Process took about one hour and while doing the job Art explained how the bubbling started and how to prevent it from re-occurring. After pau, Art placed a sticker on the window buttons saying not to roll down for at least 3 days. Sticker seems vinyl and easy to remove. I liked that he thought of this detail to help us remember.
