Came here before for just a pedicure before and it seemed alright, however this time around, the outcomes were not favorable. I came in for a mani-pedi, and I ended up ending the mani earlier because the tech aggressively trimmed my cuticles too much that two of my fingers started bleeding. The tech acted like I was overreacting and didn't know what a manicure entailed, but I didn't want to continue with any infection risks. Overall, I left with poorly filed nails on my hands with scabbed cuticles and uneven painted toenails, still getting charged for the full amount. In general, it's overpriced for subpar outcomes with nail techs trying gaslight you into thinking that's how mani-pedi's should be. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, and glad to say I will be coming back here to get my nails done! I came here with my friend last month to get pedicures, and we were instantly greeted and taken to get started. I believe the owner/manager did my nails. She was very personable and actually had conversation with my friend and I. You could tell she was genuinely taking care of us. When my friends nails didn't look exactly perfect, the manager jumped in and re-did her nails to make sure she had a great experience. Tried this a couple months back for the first time and was not impressed. I got a pedicure. Everything was sanitary and very clean so that made a good impression. But the technician was more concerned with the tv than exfoliating and massaging my feet. I do a better job myself. The nail polish lasted a good 12-14 days so that was nice. Nice staff, clean place, and beautiful nails. I found this place by chance and I would never go to another salon in the area. You are getting quality and timely service. Appointments aren't necessary but if you have a tight schedule you should call ahead and make an appointment. They take their time in crafting your nails. I've had SNS (the orange glitter) and gel acrylics (bluish purple) done and I only get compliments. I love their pedicures as well, super comfortable chairs and perfect way to relax. I was chronic nail biter and now I have grown out my nails (orange ones) naturally. They have helped me break a 14 year habit by supporting and caring for my nails and that's just amazing. I've been to this salon about 3-4x,and I suppose all good things come to an end. They had a decent streak going, but if you're coming here for great consistent technique, I'd reconsider that decision. At the very least this wasn't the best of my experiences here. I highly suggest getting someone experienced, especially if you're going to spend 1.5 hours here for a classic pedicure, and so you feel it's worth your money. I planned to get a gel manicure, but it took so long and I remembered that my last French gel had uneven tips across my hands. I understand it'll take time for this place to create a standard and develop quality professionals. This place is right at the competition in the area (which isn't very high) and has really good ratings for good reason. I'd still recommend this spot, but get to know the manicurists and who is efficient with time and has skill. For scheduling an appt in advance, they didn't acknowledge it well and did not treat it with promptness. So, I did waste a lot of time even in writing this review, but this summarizes the gist of it. It was an alright experiences. In my opinion they only cater the best to white people. I noticed i was never asked if i wanted refreshments or a price book for my pedicure also the african american woman next to me wasn't offered anything either but as soon as 2 white women and a couple came in they were asked if they wanted refreshments and they gave them price books for different pedicures. After expressing how busy and on the move i'd been to the man doing my nails, he proceeded to say he proceeded to belittle me for "not taking care of my feet". I came here on a recommendation from one of my sisters who gets her nails done here. I called ahead (around 2:30pm) and asked if they had any availability for 2 gel manicures for 3:30 (for me and my other sister). The lady on the other end told me they couldn't get to us until 4. I said 4? Okay. Yes, let's do that. She asked for my name and said "we'll see you then". Come 4 o'clock we walked in (I guess the back entrance) and were told right away by a very rude man, that "we're not taking anyone else" and I said I called and made an appointment for 4pm. And the rude guy, replies "we're too busy. Not taking anyone else". I then go on again to say that I called a little while ago and wanted an appointment for 3:30 and they told me to come in at 4. So that's what I did. Then another older man comes up to me and asks what we need and I said it's 2 gel manicures for 4pm. He then told us it would be about a 35-45 minute wait. I told him no, that's okay; we'll just leave. The lack of customer service from the first guy was deterring. It's like we were a bothersome for them to be there and he acted like he didn't want/need us there. We got no apologies for the miscommunication or whatever happened. BTW, when we got back to my car,I double checked to see if I called the right location, and I did. Give your money to another appreciative nail salon. read more

This was a great experience. The online appointment process was so nice. The staff was professional, very courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. It was clean and comfortable. I didn't especially care for the music being played, but it wasn't loud so that was good. Parking was easy and it wasn't crowded. My sister and I came here for dip powder manicures, and we had a great experience! Although we made an appointment online earlier that week, we did have to wait a bit for a nail tech to start on our nails. However, the short wait wasn't an issue since it gave us more time to pick colors (we're very indecisive when it comes to picking colors). My sister and I had the same nail tech, and he was very friendly and very efficient. He apologized for our wait, even though the wait wasn't that long. He did a fabulous job with our nails. So let me start by say I am SUPER picky about my nails. I'm a perfectionist. Being new to town, a receptionist recommended this salon and it was by far the best recommendation. You can absolutely tell that everyone who works there has pride in what they do, and where they work. The shop is always clean and free of mess, they always offer you a drink (there's even wine ) and everyone is so nice! THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY SECOND OF THE 30-40 MINUTE DRIVE FROM MY HOUSE! I've been here a few times for gel manicures and always love how well my nails turn out. Unfortunately I am way to rough on my hands for gel so today I went for a full set of acrylics. They turned out decent, they didn't get all the acrylic off my hands and out from under my nails but the tech was very friendly and quick to meet my needs. The first women when I walked in however, was a bit of a pain all because I wanted regular polish and not gel. Worst manicure ever. The gentleman who did my nails was very personable, but his skills lacked. Not only did he cut me while trimming my cuticles, the manicure was messy, which I didn't notice until I left the salon because of the light color I chose. I had clear top coat all around my nails, polish not painted close enough to the cuticle, and ridges in the polish. Both of my friends had better looking nails, with one getting a great manicure and the other just so-so. He also answered the portable phone at his side twice to take appointments, which he didn't write down, so beware if you call for an appointment. On a positive note, the salon was cute and they took me and my two friends on time per the scheduled appointment. I did notice one couple was upset that they had an appointment and had to wait to be seen. They also knocked $5 off my manicure for the cut finger. Still, not a place I'd recommend. read more
