I'm impressed!!! The flavor was really good. I had the Soho Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen and the broth was very savory and flavorful! The meat was very tender and juicy! It was delicious! The Thai Bubble Tea was also really good, not too sweet and the bobba was not hard nor chewy! Overall, perfect 10/10 food flavor! Will definitely come back go try other menu items. SoHo Sushi is a BYOB & a little bright star in its unexpected location. We shared a grilled squid appetizer that was very pleasant in appearance, tender & delicious in flavor. I very much enjoyed the Sashimi dinner. My companion enjoyed an eel platter, which I tasted & will order on our next visit. Our drinks were an unsweetened tea & an unsweetened green tea. Had we known about the BYOB we would've brought along a nice saki. Our waiter checked on us often-not too often. There is plenty of parking & the need for a reservation is unlikely. It's a neighborhood place in a strip mall but the food was really good. We will go back for more! read more

I'm not normally a big fan of tofu, but the tofu in this Ramen dish was excellent. Noodles were nice and firm and the broth was delicious. The steamed shrimp shumai was also excellent, and pretty filling for one person. I also took out a kani and mango salad for the next day, and I think that's my new fave. It was really delicious. Overall the place was clean but they had a lot of tables that needed to be cleared when we got there. However, they eventually got caught up and cleared everything, so can't blame them for having a rush and getting a bit behind. I go here like weekly if not more and the food quality is immaculate and the taste is always so good. The service here is better than you will get in most places as everyone here is so friendly. I love coming here, it's always bustling with take out and people eating in because it's just that good. We've ordered here a few times now and the only negative is that I wish they were open 7 days a week. Takeout has been great, and they are really cautious about preventing cross contamination in the kitchen. As a celiac, I've never gotten "glutened" from eating here and I am so thankful! One of them never came out but we just paid for it and left, we were stuck there far too long as it was. Very disappointing. I ordered sushi rolls. One was the volcano. It was just ok, nothing special. Not sure what the other was, but it had tuna in it and jalapeños on top. It was worse than the volcano roll. My daughter is vegan and made it clear to the waitress. She ordered a vegan noodle bowl. After taking a few sips she asked the waitress If it was tofu. Waitress took it back to the kitchen and came back and said it was pork. She did not offer much of an apology. My daughter thought the actual vegan bowl was average. We will never return.
